The Space:
Welcome to our tastefully designed townhome that offers everything you need for an exceptional getaway.
This cozy two-bedroom retreat is sparkling clean, light-filled and exudes a warm and inviting ambiance that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen, featuring high-end appliances, cookware, silverware, and serving ware. Wake up each morning to your favorite coffee or tea, and use our milk frother to make your morning latte or cappuccino.
The home is beautifully furnished with high-end West Elm furniture to ensure maximum comfort and style. Relax in our two bedrooms, located on different levels, each with its own full bathroom. All of the beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens, and a comfortable duvet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Enjoy the abundance of natural light that pours through the big windows, while still maintaining privacy with blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Additionally, the onsite washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.

FIRST FLOOR

Find a comfortable West Elm queen bed in the bedroom, along with a full bathroom and laundry area. Heat only.
THIRD FLOOR

- You'll get one city-issued street parking permit for the designated zone. Keep in mind that parking is first-come, first-served and can be difficult to find sometimes. Only one guest permit is granted by the city so additional permits aren’t available.
- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.
- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.
- This townhome has multiple stories and is not wheelchair friendly. Please see above for the floor-by-floor layout.

- Regular rate is for 4 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
- NO digital piracy
- NO shoes in the home.
