House Rules:
• No unauthorized guests or parties; quiet hours after 10 PM
• No smoking indoors or within 20 ft of the property
• No shoes inside
• Keep the space clean and treat our home with respect
• Trash: sort into proper bins; leave inside if unsure for cleaners

Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in may be available depending on turnover

Lost & Found:
• Items left behind may be returned for $35 handling + shipping
• No guarantee of recovery; items held up to 2 weeks

Mailbox & Deliveries
• Mailbox access not provided for short-term stays
• Guests may receive packages at their discretion; hosts not responsible for lost/stolen items
