Cougar Mountain Retreat with hot tub, sauna, and 3 floors of lake views!

With 3 floors of living space, the home is perfect for multi-generational families as well as business retreats. Centrally located just minutes away from both Seattle and Bellevue (MSFT, T-Mobile, SBUX, Google, Boeing), with a PNW cabin feel! Exposed beams and three stories of wall to wall views of lake Sammamish and surrounding mountains make our house something out of the ordinary. Relax in the professionally maintained hot tub or sauna, gather on our extensive decks with breathtaking views, gas fire-pit, and fireable dining set - you won't want to leave!

We have set the house up to be as convenient as possible for those traveling with children. For infants and toddlers, we have a playpen, pack and play/crib, vibrating baby bouncer, 2 high chairs, and baby toys. For the bigger kids we have an air hockey/ping pong table, fooseball table, ladder toss, and an assortment of family friendly games.

With inviting living & dining areas, a great gourmet kitchen, four generously sized bedrooms, hot tub, sauna, and televisions in all bedrooms and living areas, it's perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or to stay in while working in the area.

The ground floor features a family room a down filled sectional and large tv, wet bar with wine fridge, extra full sized refrigerator, gas fireplace, ping pong/airhockey table, fooseball table, books and games, a full bath, sauna, and a full size day bed.

The 2nd floor has a living room with a large, beautiful new modular couch and television , dining room, kitchen with counter dining for four, two guest bedrooms each with closets, and a full bath.

The third floor has a king master bedroom, queen guest room, small open office area, and a full bath. The master features a private deck with outdoor couch, expansive closet, and a private sink with vanity. The queen guest bedroom does not have a closet as it is locked for owner storage.

Outdoor areas: Ground level has a wrap around patio with outdoor furniture and covered hot tub. The 2nd floor has an expansive wrap around deck with incredible lake views, new bbq grill, a large outdoor couch, fire pit, and dining fire-table. 3rd floor has a private deck off master with an outdoor sectional.

We stock the house fully and try to anticipate everything you might need. All bedrooms have easily accessible outlets and usb ports next to each bedside. We have a kuerig and a standard drip coffee maker and stock coffee, k cups, and various sweeteners. We have a well stocked kitchen with lots of spices and basic pantry items and all the kitchen utensils you could every need. We are very responsive to our guests needs and will respond immediately should you encounter anything that you need during your stay.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed to be on the property at any time unless you get prior approval. This is strictly enforced! We do not permit parties or gatherings.

The expansive deck offers stunning views of Lake Sammamish. Unwind on the spacious outdoor couch around the propane fire pit. A new BBQ grill is conveniently located next to the outdoor dining table, which also includes its own fire pit. The lower patio boasts multiple seating areas and a private, professionally maintained hot tub.

For all direct and VRBO reservations, a guest verification notification will be sent via Truvi, our trusted platform for identity and background screening.

For stays longer than 28 days, our standard procedure includes:
- Signed lease agreement
- Background check
- Refundable security deposit: $3000

Additional requirements:
- Deep cleaning fee: $50
- Regular cleaning fee: Required every 15 days

Pet Policy:
We love hosting your furry companions! To help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our space for all guests, a pet fee will apply based on the length of your stay:
7–14 Days: $200 for 1 pet
14–30 Days: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets
30+ Days: $500 for 1 pet, $750 for 2 pets

Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet so we can prepare the space accordingly. Thank you for helping us keep our home welcoming, pet-friendly, and well cared for!

Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ grill after use. Please run the burners for several minutes and clean the grill once finished. Failure to make a reasonable effort to clean the grill will result in a $25 cleaning fee. A $50 fee will be charged if a deep clean is required, as determined by our cleaning team

Additional Guests:
The base rate accommodates up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night, helping keep the home affordable for smaller groups while covering extra wear and tear for larger parties.

Left Items:
Before you leave, we kindly ask that you double-check for any personal items. Please note that if items are left behind, a $25 service fee plus shipping costs will apply to have them returned to you.
