THE SPACE
A spacious open-design studio cottage sits at back of a garden-lushed property. The studio with approximately 800 sq ft, sleeping up to six guests (airbed and fold-out sofa bed for small setup fee, please inquire), features a comfortable queen-size bed, fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with -height freezer/fridge, microwave, electric induction hot plate, coffeemaker and generous-sized glass-enclosed tiled shower bath as well as a relaxing living room area with a 60" HDTV (wifi TV streaming including Netflix service). FREE Wi-Fi too! Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor patio table are available and shared with other residents. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to $30 fee per night.

Grounds and parking are shared by all guests. Only registered guests are allowed on property. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, see rental agreement and/or website listing for details. Children are welcome, however, there may be conditions in and around the unit/property that may pose hazards to them, as well as to adults. Owners do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries occurring during your stay with us; Guests and their visitors will hold Owners harmless from any litigation and insurance claims. Children must be supervised at all times. Candles/fires/smoking are not allowed on property. Please take caution using stairs as this is a multi-level home.
