This property is located on the first floor of a 2-unit duplex house. I live in the top unit with my family. Guests have a completely separate door entrance that is side by side with the entrance to the owner unit and the small deck off of the back of the property is also only for you as a guest. The patio and table, along with the basement (where the laundry is) are shared spaces, but we try to keep ourselves scarce. You will likely see me and my family, and we are happy to chat and give guests any recommendations, but also respect guests' need for privacy.
