There is no kitchen. You can take a break from cooking and enjoy all the amazing dining options in the area. No in-unit washer/dryer. Owner could help with laundry twice per week.

Laundry Disclosure: There is NO in-unit washer/dryer. However, a optional weekly maid service available to take care of your laundry and clean the unit once a week at an additional $90/week. *. No Kitchen Disclosure: There is NO kitchen in this unit. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. *. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. *. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500. *. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($199), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($2,000). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
