Welcome to my home! Alderwood Retreat was originally decorated for my parents, whom visit me once a year from China. The house is fully furnished, with 3 bedrooms, central air conditioning and heating. It includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with non-toxic king/queen/full/twin size beds and mattresses. The house features stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in the kitchen, fully fenced and private backyard, and a sit-to-stand desk (facing a window) in one of the bedrooms.

Living space of the house is 1,657 sqft. You will have complete quiet and privacy. The house is separated from the street by its own greenbelt, newly installed fence provides extra privacy and security. You have your own private backyard with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee, or hang out in the gazebo with beer & wine in the evenings overlooking our garden and house.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs:
- Master bedroom: King size bed with private 5 piece bathroom including standing shower, deep tub, 2 sinks and toilet. Walk-in closet. 2 nightstands and 2 lamps.
- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with chest of drawers, sit-to-stand desk, office chair, closet, nightstand and lamp.
- Bedroom 2: Full size bed with closet, nightstand and lamp.

If you are a party more than 6, there are 2 twin size mattresses on the daybed in the front living room that you can use. All mattresses are medium firm, non-toxic & organic.

There is standards cable, high speed internet and Apple TV and Xiaomi Box if you would like to watch internet TV. You can also switch the TV input to watch basic cable.

The kitchen area has a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, knifes, kitchen towels etc. are provided.

Full size washer and dryer are available for guest(s). Detergent is provided. New linens and towels is provided upon check-in.

We will professionally clean the house (with a cleaning fee) before your move in. Guests are responsible for cleaning and up-keeping inside of the house during the stay.

Located in Lynnwood Alderwood neighborhood - you are 5 mins / less than 2 miles away from the Alderwood Mall as well as Costco and H Mart, 2 mins away to QFC and Wallgreens. This is a great opportunity for traveling professionals coming into the area for a short-term stay or families traveling for graduation/reunion/wedding.

The location yields very easy access to I-405, 522 and I-5.
