It has a large window which looking at the stunning view of the South Center Mall.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is modern, big and has a beautiful view. There is a dishwasher, a big refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine with plenty of coffee, a microwave, two ovens, and an electric induction stove.
We provide cookware, dishes, glasses for wine, blender to make the smoothie in you are in a diet and many other things you may need.

The Living Room
Our living room is big and we furnished it with high-quality furniture. We tried to make it an exciting environment by adding decorations and antiques here and there so our guests can feel welcomed.
There is a fireplace in the living room which makes the night in the cold winter time so romantic and warm.

We don't cut the corner, we always try to go above and beyond our guest's expectations. That's why we have so many great reviews that you may want to take a look at them.

We are close to downtown and our place is close to Highways ( I-5, I- 405, WA-518, WA- 509, WA 167 ).
Our house is only 5 minutes to Renton, 1.7 miles to Boeing, 2 miles to International Airport, 10 miles to Seattle, 15 miles to Bellevue, 8 miles to Kent, 24 minutes to Amazon Head and 5 minutes drive to Light Train Station from our house.

We are also close to Valley Medical Center, MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Highline Medical Center, Regional Hospital, Community Service/Non-Profit Seattle Children's South Clinic, St Francis Hospital, Evergreen Healthcare Tenant Support, Highline Medical Group, Swedish Heart Institute, Highline Community Hospital, UW Medicine Valley Medical Center, Highline Surgery Center, Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital, Southlake Clinic Times Square Valley Family Medicine Clinic, Schick Shadel Hospital, Sea Mar Community Health Centers Human Resources, and Mona Vale Hospital.

Foods and Restaurants
Our place is close to great restaurants in South Center Mall which is only 3 to 5 minutes drive to the hearts of the restaurants and food places. The food price is good and reasonable.

Fun Places
You can even have so much fun during your stay without driving around to find a good place to have fun because our place is only 5 minutes to bars, iFly Indoor Skydiving and ACME Bowl, 20 min to The Museum of Flight. By the way, LA Fitness is also close to us.
*** We have security cameras all around the house for safety and protection purposes. cameras are only outside of the unit, No Camera Is Installed Inside!
This house has two separate units with separate entries on each unit, which means you have the entire unit to yourself.

Guests must agree to your house rules before they book. 
My place is not suitable for children (Infants -12 years)
Because of the decorations in my house, some decorations have sharp edges like the coffee table. So the safety of the kids is my priority.

-No Smoking of any kind inside, or outside near the windows & doors, PLEASE, You can smoke outside far from the house where there is a place for smoking cigarettes only NOT Drugs...

-No Drugs of any type inside or out. If you are smoking weeds or any other types of drugs this place is not for you!

-No Shoes inside the house, PLEASE. Because shoes contain all sorts of viruses and bacteria so for health reasons you should not wear shoes inside. But we installed a shoebox outside of the entry door where you can put your shoes inside the shoebox to stay clean.

-No Weapons allowed of any kind, PLEASE- Safety is important for us. Thank You For Understanding :)

-No pets are allowed in or outside of the house, which includes service dogs too, due to allergies for pets. I love animals but Allergy won’t allow me to have any pets around;-( Sorry

-No parties or night gatherings are allowed Due To COVID 19.

NOTE: NO PACKAGE OR MAILING WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THIS LOCATION.

We apologize, due to past issues we can’t accept responsibility or liability for packages delivered to our home but, you can still send your packages to an Amazon Locker near us or a UPS/FedEx/USPS office.

ARRIVING:
We love to greet and meet our guests and walk them through everything and answer their questions and make sure we got everything taken care of while they are staying in our place.

DEPARTURE: Please be sure to leave any house keys on your departure day by 11 AM otherwise you will be charged extra hours.

PARKING:
Your parking spot is FREE and will be given when you arrived. Only park in the same spots as shown when you arrived during your stay.

No oil changing, car washing, or mechanical work allowed.

SLEEPING:
There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and the master bedroom for a total of 4 people, if needed. The mattresses are high-quality Tempur-Pedic.

The linens and pillows are in the bedroom closet. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.

NOTE:
NO VISITORS ALLOWED, but our house is 3 minutes away from one of the biggest malls in the northwest which has lots of nice spots to invite your guests and meet them there.

No unregistered guests are allowed due to a liability issue.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit.

Especially due to COVID19 cleaning and disinfecting the house takes time and needs to be done before you check in. So for that reason, we don’t allow early check-ins. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:30 PM. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

House is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while you or your guests are living in this house (property).

The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

If you damaged or broken anything inside or outside of the house you are responsible for fixing and replacing it.
