Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. No apologies, not even his/her...

"Great lodge, location and facilities Cleaning was very disappointing- lodge was not cleaned when we checked in at 4.30pm and standard of cleaning was very poor "

"The Cottage on the Expedia Side ist not the Cottage we found. Also the Hausnumber by Expedia was wrong !!! It was dirty and importmant peaces of equipment were missed. "

"A really lovely place to escape the busyness of life. Quiet and no light pollution, we had amazing nights sleeps! Nicely kitted out property, we loved relaxing in the gorgeous lounge. Imagine it would be even nicer in summer! Hot tub was great though we could have done with a bit more information on how to use it more efficiently. A couple of towelling robes would have been a nice addition too! Overall a really great experience."
