Cozy Home Just Steps to the Beach!

Back house of 2-family home perfectly located just 1.5 blocks from the beach on a beach access street and a quick walk to the bay to watch the stunning sunset. The excitement of the boardwalk is just 5 minute walk away but you get to escape to the quiet of your own home by the beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home was recently renovated and fully equipped with central air, washer/dryer, propane grill, and backyard oasis to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner with the family. 1 King size bed in an upstairs loft with a private ensuite bathroom, one room with a Queen size bed and a children's room with a full size trundle bed and another twin (1 full and 2 twin beds) for your comfort. Family friendly and feel free to bring your pup :). Beach badges and one designated parking space included and ample street parking.

This property was great. It would have been ideal if it were a few blocks south (farther away from the Seaside Heights crowd). It comfortably accommodated our family of 4. The outdoor patio and grill were wonderful, as we didn't eat out every night.

Perfect in all ways

First impression, the house is bigger and nicer than even displayed by pictures. The loft and single bed room were perfect and comfortable for adults. And the 3rd bedroom with multiple beds, big tv, and a window ac unit was great to give the kids privacy and the adults some quiet. The grill was easy to use and huge. The patio furniture became our dinner table. Washer and dryer were large so you didn’t have to spend a ton of time keeping up w laundry. The couch was NOT a typical shore couch - it was firm and comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, lots of families. And the beach never disappoints. We were able to easily walk to the boardwalk. And the 7-11 across the street came in handy!

Host was very responsive. Found the lioft area awkward - no handrail the last 4-5 steps and slanted walls caused heads to bang regularly the first 2-3 days. Also no door meant ALL first floor sounds traveled up.In 40 yrs of shore rentals have never been told to bring trash to a municipal drop off when leaving - spoke to other renters in the area and did not find any others that were required to do that.All in all - property was well supplied with kitchen items and more. Downside was there was very little space for the pantry type items we bright. Didn’t realize there was no dishwasher - oh well.

The property was as described. Great location only a couple blocks from the beach (beach tags included) and boardwalk. the neighborhood was quiet - property was clean and well stocked including games and a grill full of propane! host was super responsive. would stay again.

Upscale Beach Bungalow

Great location, great yard. It felt much bigger than the pictures. Most comfortable couch for a rental that I have been in, and I have been in a lot. The house had everything we needed. Only two little tiny small issues for me. 1. It took me a while to figure out how to get channels on the TV in living room. After finding some kind of streaming live channels, I just logged in with my Netflix and watched that. Bedroom TV in my room was a no go. I couldn't figure it out. (I am a software engineer.) 2. The floors were a little dusty and sandy. Overall clean though. Had a very relaxing time on a rainy few days.

Nice place to stay

Check in was quick and easy. House was clean, kitchen well equipped. On site parking for 1 vehicle was nice, plenty of on street parking, no issues. We stayed a total of 2 nights, every thing was great. Would definitely stay again.

Gem of a house

Great place, just bring pillow cases, bed sheets, and yourself. Everything, I mean everything else is supplied by the host. We had a great week and were very comfortable in this house.

Perfect weekend getaway location for the kiddos

The propery was clean, newly renovated and had an absolutely perfect location to the beach, bay and boardwalk. Owners were very nice and responsive. I would stay there again.

The house worked out well for my family of 4 adults. 2 kids & pets. A block and a half to the beach with beach passes. The yard could use a little cleaning up but we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house

Very clean, nice, and accommodating house with a great layout. I liked how the bedrooms on the 1st floor were on opposite ends of the house. Was perfect for guest privacy. Most of all the central location to beach, bay, and Marina was great!

Know what to except!

Ok so this is a tough one to fairly reveiw. If you are looking for a beach house, someplace just to sleep and not concerned about space or age of house then you are fine. However, if you are looking for more for your money then this property is not for you. While the pictures depict what you will see when you arrive, they are extremely deceptive in terms of the size of each of the rooms. The pictures portray a property that is much more spacious than it actually is. Bathrooms are very small as is the kitchen. Not much space to cook or eat indoors with your family. Outside has more space but no privacy as it is a shared area with another home. The two homes are less than fifty feet apart .You literally have to walk through another family/home exterior to get to this property. For the most part, the house was clean with the exception of 2 bags of opened chips that were left on top of the refrigerator by what we presumed were the previous renters and a few glasses in the cabinet that still had lipstick stains on them. Look here is the bottom line ... if you just looking for a small accomdation where you are near the beach and are only using it to sleep then you will be ok. I honesty do not think this was worth the money we spent for the week...but you may. This is not a punch against the host; I just did not see the value.

very comfortable close to beach

Clean very comfortable for 2 sons and their partners and 1 infant. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Deck set the same. 12 houses to the ocean or the bay. Nice neighborhood. It's separate 2 story in back of the other front house still plenty of privacy. Everything was updated. Central air plus separate a/c unit in 1 bedroom. Upstairs king w/ own bath. Owners texted to assure all ok arrival. Will be back!

Exceeded our expectations.

Great property and location in Seaside Park for our family of 4. The condition of the property was clean inside and out upon our arrival. The unit does appear to be relatively new or remodeled. The interior was nicely furnished and had a lot of nice little touches. The kitchen had all the basics to prepare meals. The AC worked great, and the 5 extra beach badges was nice to have. Great location within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Overall, a great property and would recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location.

My group of friends and I really enjoyed staying at this home. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The house is very clean and walking distance to the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great little house close to the beach

Very clean and convenient three bedroom house a block and a half from the beach. House is off the street which is nice and comes with a dedicated off street parking space (very nice). Seems to be relatively recently renovated, but maybe it is just new after Sandy (?). Great value for a nice house.

Great week at the shore

House is close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away for peaceful nights. A short 1-block walk to the beach. Away from motels so beach isnt packed. We had a small problem early in the stay which the host addressed immediately and resolved. A great stay!

Perfectl escape!

The home was nicely furnished clean, and anything we needed was available for cooking, laundry, extra pillows . The patio and grill with the arrangements of the flowers made the home a welcoming site! ♥️ My family slept peacefullly. Walking g distance to most anything you need! Planning to do it again next year!
