Just steps to the beach access, this home is ready for you to enjoy your beach getaway, now. Up the stairs and into the great room where the living room, dining room, kitchen combo is all open and great for entertaining, and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large covered deck that is accessible from the living room, great for enjoying the cool sea breeze and sunsets. (Deck furniture stored in garage and will be out, seasonally) The dining table seats 6 with 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv. The bathroom has a tub shower combo. The second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed set (2 twin beds) and a full size futon. The third upstairs bedroom has a full size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a bathroom that has a shower There is also a foosball table in the downstairs common area sectioned off in the garage. Parking for 3 Vehicles MUST BE 25+ TO RENT - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY
May bring up to 2 pets only with approval and $75 non refundable pet fee per pet. Will not accept more than 2 pets.

It was a perfect retreat to enjoy combing the beach for shells and enjoying the views. Walking and shopping the many shops in Seaside. Our access code didn’t work, but the sliding door was open so no negatives there. We locked up the same way. House was clean and well furnished. The odor of a home sitting vacant was obvious but no issue. Comfy seating and beds. Would book this one again.

It started off just fine, but the second night is when it all fell apart, literally. My son-in-law sat on one of the beds with his small children and the bed collapsed and pushed his head into the night stand and the baby amlost rolled into the corner too. My other grand daughter almost fell onto a bolt when she grabbed the corner post of the same bed and it came right off exposing the bolt she almost hit. My other grandson's were terrified all night when they saw condition of the bunk bed they were sleeping in, loose and missing bolts, exposed screws, slats almost seperated out of the posts. My daughter-in-law burnt her hand on the water that was turned up way too high. One of the towel holders broke as soon as I touched it. Overall the property is in dire shape and needs updated to code.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for what we needed on this trip. Spacious enough for the 3 adults and 3 kids we had (originally thought we would have 2 more adults) it was really nice to be able to park both our cars in the garage too. My wife and my mother’s biggest complaints was, it just seemed like the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, my kids feet were dirty after walking around barefoot. But I don’t want to make it seem like the place was dirty in general, bed sheets, towels, silverware and plates/Bowls all seemed to be cleaned. I loved how close the house was to the beach, about a 2-3 minute walk altogether. Really close to the center of Seaside too. I would highly recommend this place to people with a slightly bigger group or a multi-family group stay.

Beach house close to the ocean

This beach house was great and accommodated 9 adults and 2 kids. 3 minute walk to the beach which was nice. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and close to seaside activities. Only complaint is the beds are super uncomfortable.

We had a nice time in Seaside. However, this property was NOT super clean. The trash can was over full and smelly when we arrived. Which I did let the them know. Also, towels were still in the dryer so luckily we did find them. There was also a chicken and mashed potatoes dinner plate left in the oven we found on day three, we couldn’t figure where the smells were coming from until we needed to use the oven. Oh, and there was laundry left in the washer, found on the last day as we were starting dirty laundry, so gross! The guide book was lost at first, because it was on top the fridge, weird stuff like that. But overall we didn’t let it ruin our vacation experience. You decide?

Vacation Homes

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our large family. A big raccoon came to visit us on the deck and ate our dog food. He was so fun to warch through the sliding glass door.

I will NEVER leave a negative review unless I feel like I was scammed into something, not listened to or did not get my moneys worth. Where do I start, cuzz I rather be positive...Pros: comfy couches (cuzz the beds absolutely sucked!) Cons: 1 roll of paper towels, 6 rolls of toilet papper so bring all of your own (wish i knew this i would of packed somebut every bnb ive stayed at was stocked for 8 people), water was coming out of the downstairs ceiling vent (yes, owners came and explained its because of the WONDERFUL water pressure, but u have to make sure YOU put a towel over the vent by the shower, point the head down, make sure YOU close the shower curtain all the way to the wall BEFORE YOUR 'nice relaxing' SHOWER). Make sure you wash all the bedding when you get to this house, the prior guests may of had a little fun and left you a gift of white glitter all over!

Thanksgiving with family

Great stay. House had everything we needed and great location. Just steps from the beach. The only thing disappointed with is the door connecting master bedroom to bathroom was inoperable.

Disappointing stay

On the night we arrived, we were excited to be together with family and have a pizza dinner. We had carefully prepared pizzas at home and brought them on the long car ride with us to be baked once we got there. As soon as we got to the house, we turned on the oven. Shortly after the pizzas were in the oven, the house filled with smoke and the smoke detectors began going off. My husband found someone's burning green beans in the back of the oven and the oven clearly had not been cleaned in some time. The pizzas were ruined even though my husband did his best to clean the oven and put them back in. I messaged the property manager that night but never heard back. I also complained to vrbo and never got a response. Aside from the pizza debacle, the beds were all extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bedpost in the master bedroom was broken. The fooseball table downstairs had one part that was broken, disappointing the kids who wanted to play. Also, it was a chilly weekend and we could not find any way to turn up the heat. Finally, the houses in the neighborhood are in close proximity to eachother and it can definitely be loud at night depending on the neighbors. Overall, the location was good and the size of the house was good for 2 families but our stay was not what we hoped.

Nice location, some things to be aware of.

Location is awesome. Very close to the beach. The house needs work like other reviewers said. Some of the mattresses are pretty bad. The downstairs had spiders everywhere. Daddy long leg spiders. I saw 4 just in the hallway to the garage, all alive too. Quite concerning especially with toddlers around. That is disturbing. The fridge did not get cleaned properly, there was soda stains on the Inside of the fridge door. We couldn’t find anymore napkins or paper rolls.bring your own. With two kids under 2, they were really messy. Football table works but it is a little unlabeled. The scoring thing on both ends are also broken. No beach toys available, aside from two sand trucks. But that’s not really an expectation to provide beach toys for guests at any house. What I am bummed about is, the owner said we could only park three cars, and cannot park a 4th so we squeezed everyone and everything into three cars. Come to find out, you can park 4 cars. 2 in the garage, 2 outside. Their parking instructions posted in two different places also says 4 car max. So why we were told directly by the owner that we could only park 3 cars is beyond me. Not a bad place, but also a bit unhappy with some of the things there.
