"We had an amazing time staying at Jasmine's house. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Jasmine was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey."

"I can’t say enough about this place! It is so spacious and the views are amazing! We were all in town for a family wedding and this place was only about 10 min from the warf and about 15 min to downtown Monterey. I loved the balcony on the front of the house and overall the stay and the house was perfect! "

"The home was as expected. There were several trucks, one large truck, parked in the cul-de-sac which made getting to the drive a bit of a maze. Other than that the property was perfect for our needs. "

"beautiful and comfortable property. very well appointed with supplies, condiments and water. Thank you. The major detractor was the spa/pool management. We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside...

"Quarto limpo, confortável, hotel bem localizado. Perto tinha um shopping Center com mercado e vários restaurantes (10min caminhando). Tinha frigobar, microondas e máquina de café no quarto. Chuveiro quente e com pressão. Achei silencioso. Estacionamento com muitas vagas. Check In fácil e equipe super simpática e solicita."
