"I loved my stay here! Booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend with a friend and was in a beautiful location just a short bike ride or drive from downtown Kennebunkport. Our room was beautiful looking over water and was very clean upon arrival. Staff was very friendly! The only negatives I experienced were that there was minimal staff attendance in the building. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to go across the street if you needed anything to the other hotel they own. This...

The front office wanted personal information which I was not comfortable sharing- they are probably going to spam me with sales calls forevermore. The floor in my unit was utterly disgusting- black sticky stuff that made the bottom of my white slippers black. All of the units face a parking lot, and there is nothing...
