The location is perfect as well with close proximity to everything in Bar Harbor and the surrounding area. We enjoyed the location because it exposed us to an area we might have overlooked if we stayed closer to Bar Harbor."

So many nice extra touches like the coffee bar and the snacks! There is a great amount of land to walk the dogs on (just not fenced). It seemed like an incredibly safe area, even walking at night. "The location of this property is ideal for visiting Bass lighthouse, taking in various hikes, visiting unassuming Southwest Harbor! The property is large, with plenty of living space, inside and out. The big kitchen has a sweet breakfast nook which overlooks the deck, while the dining room would be perfect for a lobster feed. Outdoors, the jacuzzi is private, and away from the fire pit where we could star gaze, given the wide open vistas. The garage was an extra treat, as it kept us from...

"It was a great location for our multi-generational family vacation-- a short car ride to the Hull Cove Visitor Center in Acadia National Park. The street was a quiet private road. Our granddaughters and grand-dog had room to romp and play. Well stocked, well maintained and tastefully appointed.Everything about the home was perfect for us!"
