"The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner."

"We loved our stay. The location is perfect and the view from the bedroom balcony is lovely. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the day at the beach and relaxing time indoors. The bathrooms were all set up with soap and shampoo, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of room to spread out and our college kids loved the pickleball courts and pool at the property. We will definitely be back."

"This home was better than the photos. Very livable and well stocked. The beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys) were great. And the knives in the kitchen were excellent— same set u have at home. That is rare!My biggest concern before arriving was the distance from the beach— I usually book beachfront for convenience, but it really was a non-issue. It was just 100 steps down a hard-packed road. What I didn’t bank on was how crowded the beach was. I haven’t been to CSB since Hurricane...

"Entire townhome has been updated. Home was very clean and well stocked. Manager and Team VERY responsive to questions and needs. No need too insignificant in their view. Couldn't figure out fan and remote controls. Promptly came to home to ensure batteries working and ensure we knew how to operate. Thank you again Devi and Stacy. Most management companies would have not been as responsive to such a minute concern. Have been going to Cape for (8) years and reluctant to stay at Barrier Dunes due...
