"We loved staying at Sea Breeze. One constructive criticism would be that the listing didn’t list the details of what rooms were on each floor. This was only an issue for us because the bunk beds were in the ground floor bedroom and the other three bedrooms were on the third floor. Also, the kitchen is well stocked but the description doesn’t itemize it so I didn’t know if I needed to bring small appliances. However, the management are ready and willing to drop by and check on items availability....

"Entire townhome has been updated. Home was very clean and well stocked. Manager and Team VERY responsive to questions and needs. No need too insignificant in their view. Couldn't figure out fan and remote controls. Promptly came to home to ensure batteries working and ensure we knew how to operate. Thank you again Devi and Stacy. Most management companies would have not been as responsive to such a minute concern. Have been going to Cape for (8) years and reluctant to stay at Barrier Dunes due...

"This was our 1st visit to The Cape. I would HIGHLY recommend our host. She made everything super easy and communication was fast and excellent. Location was very convenient to the water and dining. You dont have to worry a out a good nights sleep as the host has spared no expense on excellent mattresses in all of the rooms."

"Great place to stay! Lots of perks and definitely 10/10 review! Short walk to beach and would return. Pros: roomy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, some extras (soaps, paper towels, trash liners, detergents). Stylish decor. The beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items were a plus. We had reached out to the realty co to see if beach towels or chairs were available and we were told no. The outside items were in the outside storage area so pleasantly surprised. No beach towels as mentioned....

"This house was perfect for our spring break and 4 families. We had 8 boys ages 6-11 and having the heated pool was such an added bonus. There was plenty of living space for everyone and we loved walking to the beach so quickly. The home comes with plenty of beach toys and chairs which was really nice to have. Taylor was great at communicating and we can’t wait to come back next year!"
