"Richard was a wonderful host, communication soon after we reserved and on into the stay. This is a very nice place close to town and not far the beach. Quiet location with a walking/riding path right behind the yard. Porches front and back to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also appreciated the washer and dryer as we had been on the road for a week. A cozy place to enjoy PSJ."

"The place is nice. Tried to check in a little earlier, but rental manager was not able to help. Clean, although inside garbage can lid smelled due to food debris clung to it. The little details matter, no shampoo or conditioner was a little disappointing. Overall, very nice place to stay. Thank you for renting your beach house to us."

"The place was not clean. Cleaning crew did not change bedding. Lots of repairs needed to the place. Owner/manager was very receptive and communicated well. Offered to send over new linens. "Perfect spot for folks with pets. We have two doodles and an older little dog. The unit was set next to a great park and walking track and had a fenced back yard. Heaven. They also had bowls already out which saved us from unloading our own bag of stuff. even pickup bags. The unit was roomy, pleasant, on a quiet street with great parking, and just 3 blocks from all the restaurants. We were very grateful and would definitely book again."

"We loved the unit. It was clean and nice. The only issue we had was for check in, we were supposed to receive an email with the code to the unit door. When we received the email, the code was not there. We messaged through the Avari app and received no answer at all. We called the number and after waiting on hold for about 15 mins, we finally spoke with someone. She could not find a code to that unit at all. She eventually told us how to locate the keys to the unit which was successful....

"We have stayed in this cottage several times before when it was managed by the Port Inn. Nothing has changed, as far as we can tell, except ownership and management. The unit itself is very clean, and well stocked. It would have been nice to have a Keurig machine, but our fault for not asking. Check in was easy, and the owner cautioned about late evening night check-ins and a potential glitch with the lock well ahead of time.
