"Seas The Day was the perfect house for our family vacation. The kitchen was the perfect size for our large family and had everything you could think of in it! We added the golf cart rental with our stay but honestly, the walk to the beach wasn't long at all! The pool was great to have for the kiddos! Very safe area! Plenty of room for parking! I don't have any complaints at all! We will definitely be back!"

"Perfect home for our family of 4. Beds were super comfortable, home was stocked with all we needed and more. Ice machine and space under the house are awesome. Would def rent again! 1 lot away from the beach, about the same walk as a longer boardwalk. Great location on the pass!"

"We had a great time on our trip! The property is beautiful and being able to walk right off the back deck and onto the beach was our favorite part. The house was well stocked with items we needed and there were nice touches like snacks on the table and in the fridge. Plenty of beach accessories were available for use as well! The host was helpful and responsive to an issue we had on day one. Overall, we were happy with our stay here! "

"Richard and Ginger are amazing. Pet friendly house/yard with no pet fees. Great recommendations for places to go, beach recommendations too. I felt like a friend after meeting them!! We WILL be back. PS. I forgot some things in the dryer and they are sending them back to me. They go above and beyond as hosts "

"Extremely clean, great communication and dog friendly! The host responds insanely fast and with enough information for a 2 week stay if you have the time. The location is a couple of blocks from restaurants and maybe 5 blocks to the beach. I can’t say enough about the excellent hospitality!we enjoyed every moment of our short stay, we will actually be back."

"My husband and I, along with our two dogs had a wonderful time at the Turtles Nest. Highlights were the luxurious California King bed in the Master, an ample supply of towels and dishes, multiple TVs and fenced in backyard. A lovingly appointed nest that had literally Everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will absolutely come back. Thank you so much Richard & Ginger for being such great hosts!"

"We had such a great experience at the Sparrow’s Nest in Cape San Blas! The house was perfect for our large family of 16—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including an extra beach wagon which came in very handy.
