"This is a great refurbished old building. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Great views of downtown in the rooms on the north side. The pool on the top floor is also a great place for a cocktail and views of the city. Staff was great and we were very satisfied with the food service."

A comunicação com os proprietários é rápida mas parece que por automações então tivemos dificuldades em esclarecer detalhes sobre onde poderíamos estacionar. A região do entorno é bastante deserta (apesar de ter outro prédios) então só dá para andar de carro. "

Bonus being access to the Katy Trail directly across the street. However, one downside is that the hallway on the hotel floor (24) smelled greatly of cooked foods, although the rooms were fine. "

"I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building. "

"My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again."

"I’ve had a couple vrbo stay’s and honestly this was hands down my favorite. The location was definitely in not the best area, however that was easy to forget when dealing with such a fantastic host. The home was incredibly clean and well maintained with a multitude of provided appliances. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. I will say the house got a little hot during the day, but at night it cooled off just enough. Genuinely a great stay I would 100% recommend."

"We booked our stay months ago for my 20th high school reunion, we knew it would be a busy weekend because of the Texas OU game. We think the host Realized they could have charged a lot More for that weekend and must have booked somebody for more and decided. Instead of letting us know to ghost us completely. Neither VRBO or us could get a hold of them."

"Excelente hotel mas achei o café da manhã muito fraco para o hotel Fairmont, e ainda o quarto não possui uma água de gratuidade. Também achei o valor do estacionamento caro, 52 dólares a diária, um tanto explorador! O hotel poderia ter uma piscina fechada, para que os hóspedes pudessem curtir em dias mais frios! No mais localização muito boa do hotel, dar para fazer muita coisa a pé! Parabenizo o funcionário Su, do estacionamento, que me auxiliou com a compra de um ingresso para o jogo do Dallas Stars!"
