1341 Pelican Watch is the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of Seabrook Island and all it has to offer. Seabrook is a gated, quiet, beautiful community - the perfect place for a vacation with family and friends. Seabrook offers marshes, tidal creeks, wildlife and 3-1/2 miles of beach. In the waters just outside the villa, dolphins frolic and shrimp boat meander by. Enjoy horseback riding at the Equestrian Center with it's trail and beach rides, kayak throughout the marsh, river or ocean. This lovely villa is located on the beach where the Edisto River meets the Atlantic Ocean.

1341 Pelican Watch is a 1st floor villa offering views of fabulous sunsets each night over the water. There are 5 stairs that take you up to the property. Enjoy time with your family while lounging in the living room featuring new comfortable furnishings and a large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen bed for your extra guests. Dine around the table for four as you share stories from your day on the beach. Step to the covered deck to watch the wildlife in the dunes as the shrimp boats trawl in the river while enjoying drinks around the table. The kitchen has granite tile counters, and updated appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the closet. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and adjoining private bath. The bath has a shower/tub and granite topped vanity.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities are included in the rental cost. Club Amenity Cards are required to access the Beach Club pools, dining at the Island House, Bohicket Lounge, and Pelican's Nest, golf on Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, and to play tennis at the Racquet Club. All guests visiting Seabrook Island can use the Equestrian Center. Guests may use the Lake House facilities and enjoy its offerings. Club Amenity Cards and/or Lake House Amenity Cards are required for admission to the Lake House. Please note that charges apply to use the Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, and to participate in exercise classes.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
