1341 Pelican Watch is the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of Seabrook Island and all it has to offer. Seabrook is a gated, quiet, beautiful community - the perfect place for a vacation with family and friends. Seabrook offers marshes, tidal creeks, wildlife and 3-1/2 miles of beach. In the waters just outside the villa, dolphins frolic and shrimp boat meander by. Enjoy horseback riding at the Equestrian Center with it's trail and beach rides, kayak throughout the marsh, river or ocean. This lovely villa is located on the beach where the Edisto River meets the Atlantic Ocean.

1341 Pelican Watch is a 1st floor villa offering views of fabulous sunsets each night over the water. There are 5 stairs that take you up to the property. Enjoy time with your family while lounging in the living room featuring new comfortable furnishings and a large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen bed for your extra guests. Dine around the table for four as you share stories from your day on the beach. Step to the covered deck to watch the wildlife in the dunes as the shrimp boats trawl in the river while enjoying drinks around the table. The kitchen has granite tile counters, and updated appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the closet. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and adjoining private bath. The bath has a shower/tub and granite topped vanity.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Pelican Watch Favorite!

We have stayed at a few condos in Pelican Watch, and this was our favorite so far. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and matched pictures provided. The property management company was highly responsive on a few minor questions. I would definitely book again!

Revisiting Seabrook

This unit in Pelicans Watch is a perfect location for easy access to the beach, the club, and getting on and off the island. It was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

Great stay!

We had a nice 3-night stay here in October for our Fall Break. The pull out sofa was comfortable for my son. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need for a nice stay. We will definitely be back!!

This property has everything you need to have a great visit to Seabrook Island. It could use a little updating in the bathrooms, but it was clean, had gorgeous views, a nice little porch and easy access to the beach! Pet friendly was a definite plus!

Great place for a beachside getaway.

Pictures and description of everything was completely accurate. Property is maintained very well and is right on the beach. It is on the first floor so you do have someone right above you, but this was not an issue for us. The check-in/check-out process was great because there really isn't one. You get your temp gate pass via email, the gate gives your permanent pass when you arrive (at any time of day), key is in a lockbox which the code is emailed before-hand. Only constructive feedback I have is there was only 1 key provided. Would have been nice to have 2 but not the end of the world.

Such an awesome place! Quiet, peaceful, & a beautiful retreat. I loved the privacy on the porch even though you are right next to a unit. Beach is right off boardwalk from patio. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is your place. Loved it & will be back! ☺️ Rachel D.

Summer Vacation

We loved staying here with our dogs. It was a perfect place to take your fur babies. There was an outside door on the patio for easy access to the grass or beach. We most definitely will be staying here again. It was the perfect gateway!

Great location and comfy stay!

This condo is a great location and has a good view off of the porch. The condo was clean and both the king bed and the sofa bed were comfortable! Communication with the hosts was perfect and answered all of our questions! Having the laundry there was helpful as well. Overall a really great time, I highly recommend this condo!

Second visit to Seabrook this month and I the location is perfect with the beautiful marsh behind the unit. The condo was very well equipped with great patios on both levels. The master bedroom was so comfortable and loved the back screened on porch for coffee in the mornings It is very convenient to Freshfields and anything else on the island! I would return to this unit any time and the folks at Coastal Getaways always make it easy to rent. They’re available to answer any questions and are very helpful!

Can’t beat the location

Pelican Watch always proves to be a great spot, Quiet,, Amazing sunrises and sunsets, The condo was ok, could use a little TLC with paint, cobwebs in corners, but did have updated bathrooms which were very accommodating . There were plenty of kitchen supplies, fresh clean linens and towels. I highly recommend a visit ,, We had a lovely time .

Nice for a short stay on on Seabrook

The villa is very conveniently located with respect to the beach. It is easy to take the boardwalk to the dune and get to the water. The back patio/deck provide nice visibility to the water and amazing sunsets. The unit had everything we needed to cook meals there. The unit was reasonably clean, but could use a "deep clean" and some TLC and you can hear the people walking in the unit above. Seabrook Island is amazing with the nature and wildlife, and this villa is good for a quick stay to experience what the island offers.

Another Great Seabrook Vacation

This condo/villa at Pelican Watch is in a great location! We love the area and have visited many times. This is our 3rd visit to Seabrook this year. This unit was clean and quiet. Everything we needed was there. They also had beach chairs that are in good condition and easy to carry to the beach. The wifi worked great too. We have stayed in some units where the wifi range is very short and you constantly have problems connecting. This is not the case in this unit. The flooring looked new and the kitchen and baths looked recently remodeled. There is also a ceiling fan on the deck. The property manager of this unit is a good communicator and they have a good process with clear documentation and instructions. Very professional. If you are planning to stay at Seabrook and are looking at Pelican Watch, you will be happy with this unit.

Beautiful & Furbaby Friendly!

We enjoyed our stay very much! From our morning coffee on the terrace to bike rides to beach walks to the scenery and all the animals (deer, birds, dolphins, and of course bugs). Super fun & relaxing! The 1st time we've actually been on vacation and felt rested and recalibrated upon returning home. WE WILL BE BACK!

Perfection

The condo was clean on arrival. The furniture is sturdy and the appliances all work. There is a keurig and a small brew pot. The neighborhood is well kept and very clean. The weather was beautiful our entire stay. We saw dolphins playing in the water behind the condo and deer in multiple places on the grounds. Watch out for the seagulls. They snatched food out of my hand on the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.
