Also nearby are the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center and the Seabrook Island Lake House, featuring an outdoor pool. The Lake House also features a state-of-the-art fitness center)*. Neighboring Kiawah Island is a short drive. The Seabrook Island Club and the Seabrook Island Beach Club are a short drive straight down the road.

    Tucked near the front gate of Seabrook Island, this beautifully situated 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and Southern charm. Overlooking the Seabrook Island Racquet Club—home to the renowned Alan Fleming Tennis Tournament—you'll enjoy peaceful views of the courts and lush island landscape right from your private retreat.

    Inside, guests enter into an open floor plan. The living area, an ideal place to unwind after a day at the beach, features comfortable seating, a new TV, and access to the private balcony overlooking the club courts. There is even a charming nook, a desk space, to catch up on some emails while away. The dining area offers seating for four. A fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze.

    This inviting layout with two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, families, or a small group getaway. The master bedroom offers a comfy king bed, dresser, closet, TV, and suite, bath, and balcony access. The guest bedroom, located off the other side of the living room area for enhanced space and privacy, offers two twin beds, dresser and closet. It's conveniently located next to the second full bath. The open living and dining areas flow seamlessly, creating an easy space to relax after a day at the beach or on the courts.

    A washer and dryer is located in the villa, ideal for return trips from the beach club or beach.

    As a guest, you'll enjoy access to the exclusive Seabrook Island Club, offering world-class golf, oceanfront pools, private beach access, dining, and more—making your stay feel like a true resort experience.

    Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or stay active, this villa places you right in the heart of it all while still offering a quiet, scenic escape.

    There is a lot being cleared for construction next to the Marsh Walk Villas. If there are concerns about how any nearby work might impact your vacation, please inquire with our team as schedules can vary weekly by scale and area.

    LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
    PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs welcome for an additional fee. No more than 1 dog per stay permitted.
    LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are allowed. Pass needed.

    LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

    WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

    AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

    ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Electric and gas LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are allowed. Pass needed.

    CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

    THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
