This beautiful free standing beach cottage on Seabrook Island is nestled on the 11th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, offering 3 spacious bedrooms, newly updated interiors with all the comforts of home, tranquil views from multiple outdoor living spaces, easy access to the beach boardwalk just across the street, a quiet community pool, and complimentary amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club!

The bright and open living area is beautifully appointed with coastal-inspired dƩcor, comfortable high-end furnishings, and a large flatscreen TV to watch all your favorite shows.

Just off the living area is a full size kitchen and designated dining room to seat six. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to make a meal right from home, this cottage is thoughtfully curated to include everything you need for a true home away from home.

An outdoor dining space is located on the ground level with a BBQ grill and covered living space, perfect for a true island-style family dinner.

946 Sealoft comfortably sleeps 6 guests throughout 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed with high quality bedding, a flat screen TV, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, and access to a private deck through sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and access to the shared hall bathroom tub/shower combination. The third sleeping area is a loft bedroom featuring two Twin beds, access to a private sun deck, and a private half bath for convenience.

Sealoft Villas Seabrook Island are nestled in a secluded setting with beach access across the street, a community pool and a quick bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Our Seabrook vacation rentals are located across the island and wherever you choose to stay you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards Included! Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island.

Pool Access: Community pool for Sealoft Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk #3A is just across the street from the Sealoft complex. This property also includes beach gear for guest use!

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Covered parking at this free standing cottage. Maximum number of vehicles is 2.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

So lovely!!

This property was so clean and cozy. The beds were extra comfy. Short walk to the beautiful beach, and the beach wagon and chairs were so great to have! My girls (ages 6 and 7) enjoyed staying in the upper loft with the 2 twin beds , and playing with the toys and games up there. We enjoyed all of the wildlife on the island- the gators in the pond by the house were a little scary at first but we ended up enjoying them as well. The house was very well stocked. I had brought toilet paper and hand soap etc. from home but didnā€™t have to use any of it! Just across the street from the pool was handy since my girls love to swim. Would definitely love to return to this property. Highly recommend!!

Loved it!

The house was super clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, and beach equipment! Itā€™s across the street from a community pool and a half mile drive to the larger pool. The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes. Itā€™s an awesome location and the perfect getaway for our family of 5!

Great Stay!

This is a great villa located in walking distance to the beach. This house had everything you could need, including coolers, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach. They kitchen didn't lack anything; we were able to cook with ease. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Very Clean & Well Equipped

The property is in a very good location on a golf course and is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The rental is very clean and well equipped (kitchen items, beach gear, extra towels). There were beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and a garden cart for taking everything to the beach. The kitchen had everything you could think of, including spices for cooking and plastic storage containers.

Quiet family vacation

This property had everything advertised and more! All the conveniences of home, including everything you need for a day at the beach with the family. Beautiful, quiet area that is full of wildlife. Renting bikes was a must for leisure activity with kids. Great rental!

Perfect in every respect

This SeaLoft Villa was a perfect vacation rental. It was exactly as described, and was well furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were top quality and very comfortable. The location on Seabrook was perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk that leads to a fantastic beach. The owners and property managers were all very helpful and responsive.

Great home!

We recently visited Seabrook with our family of four and enjoyed the community. This Sealoft Villa home was clean and had lots of extra comforts with all of the little things needed along the way were which was nice. We chose this community because our family enjoys biking and it was indeed great for that! The neighboring pool was convenient as it was literally across the street. The beach club was beautiful and relaxing. If you are a nature lover Seabrook is filled with all sorts of creatures to observe... birds, deer, frogs, and even gators. We spent a day in Charleston, saw the angel tree, enjoyed Fresh Fields and it's convenience. We also highly recommend the sunsets around the Bohicket area where The Salty Dog restaurant is in the back where the boats are. The nightly live music made it even better!

September vacay with friends

946 Seabrook Villa was marvelous. The space provided was just as described for our long weekend getaway with friends. The house was well stocked with extra linens and kitchen/cooking/dining supplies. We especially enjoyed having coffee at the lower level table and watching the wildlife of the area. The boardwalk through the marsh to the beach was unanticipated and lovely. Rental agent promptly answered our requests and questions. We will recommend Seabrook and Coastal Getways to our friends!

Ideal property

We had a wonderful stay. The property had EVERYTHING we needed, from a completely equipped kitchen to bikes and beach equipment. You name it, they had it. The place was very clean and the decor was bright and updated. An added bonus was being (literally) right across the street from the pool. It was also an easy walk to the beach from the property. Just an FYI for any future guests, there are steps on the boardwalk (2 sets of steps for boardwalk 3a). We weren't prepared to have to lift a packed beach cart and a double stroller up and down the steps. It didn't deter us though because the beach entry point for boardwalk 3 is at an area of the beach that was pretty empty, so the work was worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Community pool was just across the driveway! Beach access #3 is an easy walk because house has a wagon to pull chairs, umbrella, bags etc. Pool at pelican nest is an easy bike ride away, 5 bikes total at property which was more than we needed. House has pretty much anything you could want or need!

Beyond expectations!!!

We absolutely loved the property! Starting with the floorplan (well separated zones in an open floor plan), gorgeous updates and decor (great appliances, granite, glass tops on all furniture), kitchen stocked beyond any praise, I have never seen so many cooking utensils and dishes at rental!!!), beach chairs, bicycles, sand toys, beach cart, beautiful outdoor seating area below with grill, short neighborhood walk to the board walk to the beach (10 min to ocean). We felt like we visited with the family instead of being in the rental!!! Highly recommend! Definitely will be back!

Loving Seabrook!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our first true unplugged vacation here. The Sealoft Villa was the perfect size for our family! All of our kiddos were comfortable as were we. This house had everything we needed and then some! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, ride bikes through the community and enjoy all of the amenities at Seabrook. We even saw baby sea turtles hatching one morning on an early walk on the beach. We canā€™t wait to come back here soon!!

Highly recommend

The house was plenty big for our party of 8, 4 kids and 4 adults. They had everything that we couldā€™ve needed for the house and the beach! Itā€™s in a great location, just a mile walk from the most incredible beach. Check in and everything went great. They even offer an adventure pass. I hope we are able to come back!!

Lovely Sealoft Villa

Our group of 6 loved this villa. Great location near pool with wonderful views from all decks. Villa has been remodeled nicely and is well equipped right down to the bikes and beach equipment. Weā€™ve been vacationing at Seabrook since 2004 staying in the Sealoft Villas almost exclusively. This is our favorite Villa. Nancy was great to work when scheduling our visit. Canā€™t wait for our next trip to Seabrook! We will certainly try to schedule this Villa.

A little small and there were just the two of us, especially the master bedroom. Location was good.

Nice location we watched the turtles and gators every morning and the deers frolicked on the golf course at night. Could definitely use more lighting. The outside should have small lights on porch steps, the light post isnā€™t enough for the top. More lights in bedrooms too. Lots of windows but neighbors and golfers can see right in, I banged my leg the first night on the dresser and got a huge bruise because the room is dark and cramped. Gas logs that guests could use in fireplace would be a nice thing on chilly nights. Overall adequate for our stay, didnā€™t feel cozy felt more like a box on stilts.

Perfect vacation rental

Our family (5 adults and a baby) very much enjoyed this well-equipped, comfortable and attractive home for a 3 day weekend. The boardwalk to the beach is close by. We enjoyed the breezes, walk in pool, and views at Island House and loved riding the bikes provided at the house. The porches afforded great views of the stars, as well as the alligator and turtles. Wasps on arrival were dealt with by maintenance immediately. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking project, linens high quality. Bucket of baby toys and games upstairs in loft, beach supplies in storage area. Didn't see beach wagon but overall, this house goes above and beyond to provide for your every vacation need.

Perfection!

I have been coming to Seabrook Island since the early 1980ā€™s and have stayed in many villas and houses. All have been nice, but some nicer than others. This Sealoft Villa was simply wonderful. Itā€™s location to both the pool, club house, and beach were ideal for my family. All that the home ownerā€™s provided (luxurious linens, a well stocked kitchen, games, movies, patio furniture, beach chairs, floats, bikes, grill, wagon, etc) made this stay rank one of the highest. Thank you. We hope to rent this villa again!
