Right off the living area sits an open dining room with ample seating for eight, and a convenient bar with seating for three, perfect for entertaining. Sliding glass doors lead from the dining room to the expansive outdoor deck, which features a dedicated outdoor living space, complete with a gas grill, and the ideal spot for morning coffee or alfresco evening drinks with a view of the 3rd and 4th fairways.

The bright white kitchen is a chef's delight, also boasting a vaulted ceiling and an abundance of natural light. It is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal right from home.

With a thoughtful floor plan, the home offers four well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, plenty of windows, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House.

Beach Access: An easy 1-mile bike ride to the beach via Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this residence.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of THREE (3) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car pass fee is an additional $45 per car.
