This recently renovated end unit is located on the first floor of the building, an easy 6 steps into the front door. As you enter the property, you’ll immediately notice nine feet, floor-to-ceiling windows with a spectacular view of the dunes, the Pelican Watch complex and boardwalks. An eight foot sliding door provides easy access to the covered deck. The outdoor bistro table provides seating for four and serves up awesome views of a nearby palmetto palm tree silhouetted against the blue sky and the brilliant sunsets.

The living area features an upscale leather couch and leather recliner along with owner-provided YouTube-TV. This gives you access to live channels and a ton of streaming options. Or bring your own login for Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO, Disney+, Sling, etc. and enjoy your own streaming services on the Smart TVs.

Just off the living area you’ll find a desk and task chair (where the views are guaranteed to distract you unless you pull the blinds!). Start your “remote workday” watching the sunrise on North Beach (5 minutes by car). Walk along the shoreline at lunchtime and maybe grab a sandwich down by the club (15 minute walk). Check out the pelicans and dolphins when your workday is complete (500 ft to the waterfront). Enjoy your favorite beverage as you relax on the deck watching the sunset across the dunes.

The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, high quality blender, and everything you’ll need to cook meals for your stay.

The bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, as well as a sit/stand desk and task chair tucked into the bedroom nook with great views of the gardens on the front side of Pelican Watch. The ensuite bathroom has a large tiled walk-in shower. A second full bathroom walk with a shower stall is located off the living area.

The owners of the property have made sure to provide reliable internet service. A An Xfinity Gateway/modem is just beginning of the internet in this unit. High quality Mesh WiFi routers distribute the WiFi down the hallway and into the bedroom for your mobile phone, your laptop and the Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Not a single dead spot!

Make sure to bring all your camera equipment and be ready to shoot wonderful photos from morning till night. There are amazing opportunities on the waterfront by this unit, or hike over to North Beach where it is almost a different world. Up by the golf courses there are herons and sometimes alligators waiting for their photographs to be taken. You’ll be sure to see deer, rabbits, dolphins, turtles, sand pipers, and of course…Pelicans!

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
