Grab your beach towel (which we provide!), step onto the boardwalk behind the home and you’re on the beach in minutes—no car required.



    The Salty Sandpiper features a thoughtfully designed inverted floor plan, placing the heart of the home beneath the vaulted ceilings upstairs—right where the light, views, and good vibes belong. On the upper level, you’ll find a gorgeous kitchen with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances; a spacious, comfortable living room made for movie nights, games & relaxed lounging; two dining areas: one full-size table for adults and a second kid-friendly table so everyone has a seat; and a back deck with a private hot tub, ideal for unwinding after beach days or soaking under the stars. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, laugh, and relax—without ever feeling crowded.



    Seabrook Island is a gated community on a Lowcountry barrier island that is 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. Surround yourself in Seabrook Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. Your stay at The Salty Sandpiper includes Seabrook Island amenity cards (though you will have to contact & register with the Amenity Card Office), giving you access to oceanfront pools, fitness center, tennis & more. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the summer months.

    - Inverted & open floor plan layout between the living room, dining areas and kitchen on the upper level.



    - Parking for a maximum of 4 cars.



    - EV charger in the garage. Level 2 charger with a J1772 plug capable of charging most EVs (including Tesla) with an adapter.



    - Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to your beach home and enter the front door with a lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.



    - No Saturday to Saturday Restrictions - MAY RESERVE LESS OR MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS!!

    Guests access The Salty Sandpiper by taking the exterior stairs to the elevated front porch. On the first floor, you'll find the entryway, primary suite, laundry room, two guest bedrooms, Jack & Jill bathroom and interior staircase to the upper level. On the upstairs, you will find the kitchen, two dining areas, living room, bunk bedroom and half bathroom. You can access the back deck from the dining areas and living room. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the Seabrook Island gate.

    YouTube TV is available for guest use. Personal subscriptions are required to access other streaming apps. Elevator is not available for guest use.

Such a Good Time

Our family had such a good time at the Salty Sandpiper! Being on the boardwalk to the beach with kids was a huge plus. There was plenty of room for gathering and the place was very well kept. We will definitely be coming back. You can’t beat the convenience, coming and going for the days activities was a breeze.

A Great Time!

We had a great time when we rented your beautiful home. The layout was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped. Proximity to the beach was key with only a very short walk along the boardwalk right from the house. The hot tub on the back deck was a bonus. We highly recommend this property!
