Welcome to 535 Cobby Creek, a charming cottage nestled in the tranquil Tarpon Pond Villas, a sought-after neighborhood on Seabrook Island. New to the rental market, the property has been updated and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. Guests love to unwind on the back porch under the ancient oaks overlooking the serene pond and 16th hole of the acclaimed Crooked Oaks golf course.
This inviting cottage features a cozy living area that invites you to kick back and enjoy quality time with loved ones. With abundant natural light, elevated ceilings, large screen TV decorative fireplace, well-equipped, and abundant seating, its an ideal spot to gather and relax after a day in the sun. The dining area is off the living area and offers a wooden dining table that comfortably seats 6 - perfect for enjoying a meal or gathering for board game night. The galley kitchen boasts a marble countertop, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (both standard and K-cup), ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
Located off the living area, guests will enter the master suite. A king bed with comfortable mattress, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and closet also has an ensuite bath with shower. Guest bedroom 1 offers a queen bed. Guest bedroom 2 offers a queen bed. A light and bright hallway bath with vanity and tub/bath combo is located in between these two guest bedrooms. Children love their own space set away from the family in the upstairs loft equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 trundle beds and a large screen TV. An additional full bath upstairs offers guests a tub/shower and vanity.
French doors lead to the expansive back porch with ample seating and a TV making it an ideal place to relax. Step outside to discover the outdoor amenities, including a secluded yard and a decked area perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a barbecue. This cottage is unique with two driveways on either side, as well as two carports that can accommodate several cars. A front porch provides an added outdoor space to sit and relax in the coastal air.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 3 vehicles per stay. As of January 2023, the island is assessing a car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle. This fee will be assessed to the renter. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, ALL monies are forfeited.
LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
PET POLICY: This property does accept dogs.
DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY.
