2503 Chateau by the Green

This spacious 2nd floor, 1800 sq. ft. Chateau by the Green home is nestled amongst the old oak trees overlooking the 5th green of the Robert Trent Jones designed Crooked Oaks golf course. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen provides plenty of room to enjoy the company of friends and family. This house has it all. The dining table seats 4 with additional dining at the kitchen bar for three. The newly updated kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and lovely wood cabinetry. It opens in to the living area making it great for entertaining.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, TV/VCR, a view of the golf course and attached bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds and TV. The third bedroom has a full size bed, stereo and plenty of closet space. There is a full bathroom for these rooms to share with shower.

This villa is perfect for golf foursomes, tennis teams, wedding groups, families or couples looking to enjoy an amazing Seabrook vacation. Situated on the 5th green of Crooked Oaks #5 (par 3), you can enjoy watching golfers hit the green and putt it it from the screened porch or deck. Barbecue on the gas grill located on the open deck. Centrally located on Seabrook, you will never be more than 2.0 miles from any of the great amenities. The Tennis Center and Lake House are only 1.8 miles form this home. North Beach is 1.2 miles and the golf courses, Beach Club pools, Island House and Pelican Nest dining are all 2.0 miles.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED-gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club's facilities: outdoor, oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor, oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurants/bar, golf, tennis and Lake House indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center are available for purchase. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement

Easter Weekend Stay

We had a great time and the hosts were great getting us set up with a last minute spot for Easter when a previous place fell through! Great location on the island and on the golf course. Only part we noticed were there were a few cleanliness issues (house was stuffy, bugs, etc.) but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location and lots of information on the property, how to get amenity cards, etc. Made the stay stress-free and easy. Enjoyed the Lake house and beach club. We rented bikes and kayaks and enjoyed the beautiful area. Great stay

The condo was great, very spacious for our family of 4. The only thing we ran into was all the rules around the amenity card. We will know better for next time. Property was great!

Surprisingly disappointed.

After having stayed at various places for the last 25 years, this unit failed to meet expectations. The location on the island was great and the exterior of the property was appealing. The main issues we had were twofold - the furniture seemed cheap and the space was inadequate for 8 people, and most importantly there was a major bug problem. Upon entering the unit we immediately saw cockroaches and spiders in the kitchen. Throughout the week they continued to appear and even crawled across my husband's chest while he was asleep one night. The exterminator happened to come mid-week, but was too little, too late. Not worth the price we paid.

A last-minute getaway - so we needed flexibility with rooms - and a good location!

A very clean property and centrally located. Biking options are great from this location if you have a younger family. You can keep the bikes off of the main Seabrook Isl. Road and still have miles of biking. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Thank you!

Great place to stay on Seabrook

The property was roomy and comfortable. The location is perfect, one end of the road puts you close to the entrance to Seabrook, the Lake House and Equestrian center and the other end of the toad puts you close to beach access. The property is well equipped with high quality towels and the kitchen has everything you could need. There is plenty of room to spread out in the open layout. We did not use the grill or fireplace but definitely see those as great perks. We had bikes rented and storage, drop off and pick up at the property was convenient.

Great Place and a Perfect Area

Perfect beautiful neighborhood and property for family. Really loved the recreational passes being available to enjoy the pools and other common areas. Inside a little dated but clean. The roominess of 3BR and 2BA along with the outside decks made our stay very comfortable. Thanks for letting us enjoy the villa.

Seabrook is a gem

The island is amazing!! Always something to do and a new adventure to find! It was unfortunate that we were not able to sleep in on vacation as the greens were being cared for as early as 645am. The rooms were a wonderful size and the kitchen was updated nicely. There were a few tiles falling off the master bathroom shower/tub area. We have a fantastic trip and cannot wait to return!

Lovely home in a gorgeous setting with all the amenities one could hope for. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable as well. We throughly enjoyed our short stay and the accommodations had a lot to do with that.

Great Place to Stay at Seabrook Island

We stayed at 2503 Chateau By The Green on Seabrook Island. It was a great place to stay. We especially enjoyed the back screened in porch. It overlooks the 5th hole of Crooked Oaks Golf Course. We enjoyed just sitting on the porch and relaxing. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was centrally located on the Island. We would definitely stay there again!
