"Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. "

"Had a great time here, was perfect for a last minute get away! On a quiet, private street and just a few houses down from the community beach access. Had all the basics and some fun board games! Host quickly replied to questions and check in was very easy!"

"My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,...

"I booked this little cabin for my husband and I’s anniversary for a little overnight getaway and we loved it! It was so sweet inside and clean, and we really loved the hot tub as well! "Came out here for a 10-day solo trip with my dog. It was the perfect setting despite the crazy atmospheric river weather. I still got in some pleasant days. Susan is the best host I've ever had as far as this booking sites. She made me feel so welcome and at ease. The cabin has everything you need. "This historic cabin was just our style. Clean, charming, quiet, and comfortable. We thought check in was easy. Customer service was excellent. The kayaking was really fun! The river side and nature trail was enjoyable. There is a lovely shop and wine/beer bar with outside seating across the street. We will be back! "

"The cabin was amazing for my friends and I. Great central location to so many cool hiking trails/Lake Cushman. The host was also great. Having a guide was really helpful for us to find the best spots in the area. The actual rules and instructions for the cabin were easy to follow as well. "
