I had a very disturbing experience during my stay. Around 12:10 a.m., I was asleep when a stranger entered my room. I woke up terrified to find someone already inside. Since I have severe myopia and wasn't wearing my glasses, I couldn't immediately identify the person, making the situation even more frightening. The woman claimed she had been given the wrong room key, but when I went to the front desk, the staff said no one had reported such an incident. To make matters worse, the room phone wasn't working, so I had to leave my belongings unattended and walk to reception to seek help. The staff member, Edgar, was helpful and changed my room promptly, but this does not change the fact that allowing someone to enter an occupied room is a serious security failure. I chose this hotel because I trusted it, but after this incident I no longer felt safe. I reported this incident to the hotel two days ago, and I still have not received any response or explanation. The lack of communication and follow-up has only added to my disappointment and concern. I hope the hotel investigates what happened and improves its security procedures to ensure that no other guest has to go through such a traumatic experience.

Escolhemos o hotel devido o park aquático ...os toboáguas fechados há mais de 10 dias, o surf é pago 35 dólares por 30 minutos, taxas por dia para o park , 30 dólares por dia p estacionar. Nao recomendo! Não voltarei!
