With a furnished back deck boasting a private hot tub and a gas grill, this home is ideal for your next vacation. Inside, you will have a full kitchen newly upgraded with top of the line kitchen appliances and Quartz countertops with a breakfast bar, a dining table, and excellent living spaces ! And on those occasional chilly nights, warm yourselves by the gas fireplace. Eternal Equinox also features a convenient Verizon wireless extender that improves phone service like you can't even imagine! Feel free to call back home and make sure everything is alright.

Just three miles down the coast, visit Shell Beach, where you'll discover secluded beaches with sandy coves and tide pools. Hike the extensive Gualala Bluff Trail that starts just a mile north in Gualala Point Regional Park, play a few rounds of golf at the Sea Ranch Golf Links, or dine among the redwoods at St. Orres Restaurant, four miles north.

-Home has an induction cooktop. Only pans provided in the home will work on the cooktop.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House and location were beautiful! Loved the hot tub! Heater went out 1st night. Vacasa and Herb were amazing at taking care of that for us very swiftly and happily. We had an excellent experience and will definitely rent this home again!

Perfect Getaway

Located at the north end of Sea Ranch by the golf course, this home has easy access to the bluff trails for hiking and is close to where the harbor seals hang out. We could hear the ocean from the hot tub at night while star-gazing. The home was clean and bright, and the kitchen was well-stocked with spices and great cookware (which can be rare at rentals!). I would definitely stay here again.

Nice cozy

We loved the rental property. Everything was well-kept and clean. Kitchen items were well stocked. Some tiles were chipped (in the foyer and kitchen area), but did not interfere with our stay. Watch out for the master bathroom sliding door which could be stuck if you were not careful. I had to text my son to help me out of the bathroom. The towels are thin so perhaps the management could upgrade the quality of the towels. The hot tub was excellent and was used frequently by our family. It was an overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you.

Peaceful stay

Overall the 3days were lovely. The house is conducive to rest and relaxation. Suggestions: shower curtain is torn and poorly hung Dishes badly chipped, need to replace Front walk needs work and gate broken. Very difficult for older parents and also for a person on a walker to enter the house

Everything was great

Except I messaged management via VRBO for some info about the house: linens, electronics, kitchen ware, etc. and never heard back. It would NOT keep me from renting this house again as the house was great. Either the host or VRBO simply failed on the communication front is all and has room for improvement.

Relaxing, spacious, perfect location.

Literally next to all the paths and beaches you can explore. Comfortable beds, very clean and stocked with supplies. We especially loved the window seating, it was a really comfortable place to relax with a view.

Lovely house, lovely location

Layout of house can't be better; main room for all activities and deck whilst two ensuite bedrooms are each at the end of their own hall, quiet and private. Location is terrific for those who don't want to cook much as Gualala, and its restaurants, is very nearby. The house itself has some maintenance issues: a few hot tub jets not working, garbage disposal issues, kitchen is well stocked but no decent coffee maker or tea strainer, one super cheap and small bath towel per person and the tiniest, most ineffective floor towel plus a kind of disgusting cushion floor mat in the master bath (used/old/dirty), bedrooms and bathrooms have no central heating which is a problem when the beds have rough/cheap sheets, weird pillows (foam?), and only one synthetic bedspread (which in our case was dirty [ewwww] but Vacasa replaced it with a clean one immediately), great fenced in front yard for a dog but the gate's latch is broken and the yard is full of weeds... Vacasa's communication is awesome: timely and thorough, very helpful. The house, however, needs some attention from its owner. Don't know if Vacasa has higher levels of linen service for homeowners, but if they do, this house needs that.

So relaxing...

We had an amazing time and saw many wild animals! Deer, foxes, jack rabbits, hawks, turkey vultures, and more. Our mini schnauzer loved the enclosed front yard but did manage to find a way under the house! We all had a very relaxing trip.

Big blue water views!

Very nice dog friendly home that was very comfortable for two couples. Loved having the front courtyard fenced so our golden retriever could go out and sniff and do his business. Big table for puzzles and dining and comfortable living space. The stars at night from hot tub were amazing!

Experienced Sea Ranch Renter gives a thumbs up

We have been coming to SR for over 20 years and have had all types of experiences with rentals. This one gets a solid thumbs up -- especially for a dog-friendly place. There were a few items needing fixing, but nothing major at all. Will stay here next time if it's available

Weeklong stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house that really had everything needed. The kitchen is well stocked above the usual items, we found a full spice rack and condiments, lots of bowls and pots of all sizes etc. There was also laundry detergent.This is the first stay were we did not lack anything! The house was clean and welcomingly bright and comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub while stargazing, and the deer grazing in front of the house. The front yard facing the street is fully enclosed which we valued given we had taken our dog along. Walk to the hiking path that runs up and down along the coast is about 5 minutes.

Memorial say weekend 2021

This property is perfect for two couples to have a private getaway. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The loft serves as another private area. Living room very large and easily accommodated us every evening. Dining room spacious and kitchen fully stocked. Nice gated front yard and fully enclosed back deck with hot tub, gas grill and patio set with umbrella. Safe for dogs so they can’t escape. Plenty of hiking trails nearby without getting in a car. Gualala is about one mile away for groceries and gas. Thank you!!!

Close to town

Spacious home. Very close to town with lots of bluff access trails. No walkable beach access . Kitchen fully stocked and nice patio for grilling and eating . We had a great stay

In general we had a pleasant stay. The bathrooms were clean and well supplied with necessities and towels. The kitchen was very nice, lots of appliances which we used. Nice Weber grill on the deck. There were lots of forks and spoons but only five knives. :). Would be nice to have a king bed in the master bedroom. Would be nice to clean the pet stains from the carpets and make sure there is no pet hair on the seating area by the window. But aside of these few unpleasant things we had a great time because we love Sea Ranch. Thank you.
