"I’m not an experience traveler by any means but Christopher is an outstanding host. I felt well cared for and all of my needs were met happily. The room was lovely and well kept. "The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was in a good mood the whole time. You could not ask for a better location right next to the Glendalough sites, plus reasonable rates. Although my room was small, it was cozy and had everything I needed, plus a lovely view from the sizable windows even though it raced north toward the road. My only complaint about the hotel is that the front desk is not staffed 24/7 (I think it closes at 8 or 9 PM), which might create some anxiety for those returning late. I...

"The room itself was ok, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The shower didn't have a glass shower screen, but rather a curtain that stuck to your body while you were taking a shower. In addition, the shower was clogged and no longer had adequate water flow.
The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, and the guests rushed down and both times the staff said it was a false alarm and were unable to explain what was happening, so we were left with no information about what was happening."
