"Very plain room staff are excellent. Breakfast was perfect. Dining room could be better."

"Welcoming, professional and friendly team. Dealt with an electrical issue in my room quickly and without fuss whilst I enjoyed a complimentary drink in the cosy bar. Excellent food. 10 minute walk to the beautiful lake. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."

"Great place"

"AVOID AWFUL HOTEL."

"I travelled with my 2 year old daughter. The bedding was absolutely filthy. Hairs, stains of unknown bodily fluids, some looked very much like blood. I’m not entirely sure they had actually been changed after the last occupants of the room left as it didn’t smell great. The bedding was changed after I asked. The lights in the kitchen didn't work very well making the area dark. The show door handle was broken and there wasn't any hot water. The drainage from the show was slow that I had to turn the shower off midway through to let it drain to stop it from overflowing and flooding the room. I wasn't able to use the hotter due to the...
