"My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!"

"The location is what this place is all about, until you see the awesome pool and hot tub. Great kitchen, fridge was stocked with fun when we arrived so we didn't have to wait to get right to it. Walking distance to the night life and beds galore made this an unforgettable stay. Walt is VERY easy to work with, communicates well and is a model VRBO host."

"We didn't see from the pictures how small the room was - no place to hang anything, 2 kitchen style chairs to sit on, and only one bench to put luggage on. Very cramped feeling. Outdoor space was helpful as a place to eat or relax. Pool was clean and a nice area to go to. "Very nice condo for the second half of our Arizona vacation. Condo was just as described in listing. Nice location in very nice neighborhood next to the park. Would have been nice to have another queen size bed in the fourth bedroom which had room to accommodate one. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of room for a family of six adults. "Martijn’s house was fantastic for me, my wife, our three adult children, spouses and grandchildren! We spent busy mornings around the Scottsdale area and most afternoons enjoying the private pool, hot tub, cornhole and putting green! Even with nine people we had more than enough room. Great, fully supplied kitchen…hot showers…big bedrooms… nice indoor living area to watch a movie. Many attractions within a short drive, easy access to gas and groceries. Wonderful family time at nearby Papago Park...

"Communication was not great! I was asking questions and they weren’t answered in a timely manner because it was being directed to the Evolve group instead of the host. That being said the place was great. Love s the heated pool and hottub. The beds were mucho comfortable!"

The parking is covered, although it's a bit of a distance to the unit, which is up 3 flights of stairs - not great for hauling luggage.
