Four C's by the Lake is a beautiful lakefront home located in Scottsboro, AL. Situated on Lake Guntersville which is home to the best bass fishing in the world, this location is perfect for fisherman and vacationers alike. T.V.'s in each room of the house and on back porch. Large 75" tv in game room for game day or hook up your gaming console powered by fiber internet. The house features a Main suite downstairs with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower and two vanities. The upstairs Primary bedroom has a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and has its own private bathroom with a shower/ tub combo and double vanity. You can enjoy the lake from the large den, kitchen, game room, dining room and the large screened-in porch. Amenities include upstairs and downstairs laundry rooms, pool table, and 12’ shuffleboard, just to name a few. You will have plenty of room to enjoy your family and relax. Fishing or swimming from the dock is a just short walk out the back door. Also, you can dock your boat in the covered slip. The dock has cleats for 5 boats. The driveway has room for 5 trucks and trailers plus 3 additional cars. Jackson County Park is less than a mile away. Launch your boat from the park one time and leave it at the boat house for the rest of your stay. There is a walking trail and playground located at the entrance of the park and if you continue into the park you will come upon pavilions, KC's BBQ, and snow cones at the mini-mart. Lakeshore Watercraft Rentals (located in Jackson County Park) offers pontoon, kayak, and paddle board rentals, but rentals are closed during the winter months(256-609-2847). If shopping is a must we have you covered. The Scottsboro Square offers nice shopping boutiques. "Patches" is on your way to the square and they have lots of goodies for you. Don't forget to pick up your coffee at our local Starbucks. Forget some groceries? No problem, the closest grocery store is less than 5 minutes away. If you had too much fun in the sun and cooking is out of the question, your choice of local restaurants is endless. KC's BBQ on the Water, The Docks, Jefferson's Wings, Warehouse 207, Mudcreek, 50 Taters, McCutchens Magnolia House, Geno's Pizza & Grill, Margaritas Mexican Grill, Payne's Sandwich Shop, Yoki Buffet, and the list goes on. If you want to stay in and spend all your time on the lake, a fully stocked kitchen has all the tools you will need to prepare your meals, or step out on the back patio and enjoy the Traeger Grill (pellets can be purchased at the local Bruce's Foodland or Walmart) or a large charcoal grill.
