• DOUBLE BEDROOM Spacious, bright, and quiet, with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. It is equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the main streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. – with personal accounts). Well-organized spaces and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a day at the beach. An extra bed is also available and, on request, a cot for children.
• SECOND BEDROOM Cozy bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers, but also suitable for adults. Equipped with air conditioning, a small balcony, and a view of the greenery, for a peaceful and quiet rest.
🍽️ LIVING AREA – ENJOY THE HOUSE: A simple and functional space, designed for getting together and enjoying your vacation without formalities.
• LIVING ROOM A bright room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing in the evening or for a few moments of smart working, and air conditioning. The TV allows access to the main streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc. – with personal accounts). The large windows connect directly to the outdoor spaces, making the sea an ever-present part of the day.
• FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN Traditional-style kitchen, practical and complete with: hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. A space where you can really cook, if you feel like it, and share meals with ease.
🚿 BATHROOM + LAUNDRY ROOM: Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. There is also a dedicated laundry area with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, as well as sheets and towels. Everything you need to feel at home, even during longer stays.

🔑 ACCESS TO THE HOUSE (SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE): The apartment is located on the SECOND FLOOR and can be reached via external stairs (there is NO elevator). Don't worry, we will gladly help you with your luggage upon arrival.
The property is part of a private residential complex: the entrance is shared, but the apartment is entirely yours, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete freedom and privacy.

🚗 A car is recommended for independent travel to the center of Sciacca, supermarkets, and main attractions, given the quiet and secluded location of the house. 🚌 The local bus service only runs at certain times and on limited routes. 🚕 Private taxis are available (❌ Uber or similar services are not available).

ℹ️ SOMETHING TO KNOW:
• Mosquitoes in warm seasons. As in all seaside areas, mosquitoes may be present during the summer months. However, the house is equipped with mosquito nets to ensure comfort during your stay.
• Transparency note – kitchen. The kitchen sink does not provide hot water. All other areas of the accommodation are supplied with hot water as normal.
• Beach and neighborhood in high season. During the peak summer months, the beach and surrounding houses may be busier. Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, set in a neat and quiet residential area.

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:
📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY): After booking, you will receive: • the Tourist Rental Contract to be digitally signed — written form is required by Italian law (Law 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017). • the ID Registration link, required for communication with Public Security Authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).
🗑️ WASTE DISPOSAL (MANDATORY): Separate waste collection is mandatory and must follow the municipal schedule, which you will find in the house manual and which will be explained at check-in. 🚫 Waste must never be left inside the apartment. 🕗 Every evening, bins must be placed outside the gate, according to the indicated schedule.
🚭 SMOKING: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors are installed and will trigger the alarm. ✅ Smoking is allowed only in the veranda / outdoor areas.
🔑⚡ KEYS + POWER CARD: The apartment’s electrical system is controlled by a power card linked to the keys. When leaving the apartment, the card must be removed, deactivating the electricity (except for the refrigerator and kitchen appliances). This system ensures safety and energy sustainability.
🚫 WC – ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION: It is strictly forbidden to throw paper, wipes, sanitary products or any other objects into the toilet. In case of blockages or damage caused by improper use, the plumbing cost.
💧 WATER CONSUMPTION: Please use water responsibly. In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially during summer months.
🩴 CLEAN YOUR FEET AFTER THE BEACH (MANDATORY): After returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the building and using the stairs. Sand on the stairs may cause slipping accidents, inconvenience other residents and compromise peaceful coexistence. This small gesture is essential for everyone’s safety and for maintaining good relations with neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
