"I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later.
I thought I was going to pay when we got there.
When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available.
So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg.
I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left...

"I travel frequently for work and this stay was one of the worst I have had. The desk clerk at check in was not at all friendly. . .not rude but no smile or greeting and although I agreed to have a authorization put on my card for incidentals all 4 times she told me about it, she still repeated the information again before running my card. "Do not attempt to stay here. At the time we booked the pictures were not up to date. The pool is permanently closed. The interior is moist due to insufficient cooling/de-humidification. The room was left with no air while unoccupied and was 78F and absolutetly dripping with contained humidity and the strong smell of mold. It had lights that were failing and blinked constantly.
