The holiday home is located on the owner's 900 square metre residential property in a quiet residential area. The Werbellinsee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, is approx. 400 metres away. Shopping facilities, restaurant, cycle path and bathing beach within a radius of 500 metres. The holiday home is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, LCD TV, radio/CD), bedroom (2 beds), kitchen (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, electric heating. (NO WLAN available). At your disposal: 2 furnished outdoor seating areas, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. The total price includes final cleaning, water, energy, bed linen and towels.



Altenhof am Werbellinsee is traditionally a popular holiday resort due to its favourable location in the middle of the lake and wooded surroundings of the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve. During the GDR era, many companies in the region had holiday resorts and youth camps here for their workers and their families. The town still has a very good tourist infrastructure today, with a passenger boat service, riverside promenade, boat and bike hire, restaurants, cafés, several beaches and a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails. Altenhof is also well connected in terms of transport. The motorway exit "Werbellin" (A 11) is only 2 km away. Berlin can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.
