Unwind in a modern, wood-paneled house right on the Baltic Sea.<br>After a walk on the beach, hop under the garden shower in the sheltered garden, then relax in the warm hot tub, listen to the seagulls, and maybe head to the sauna one last time before retreating to the veranda lounge or the sheltered loggia to unwind. End the day with a drink by the fireplace and enjoy the spacious dining area with your loved ones. Welcome to Ole Käthe.<br><br>The first floor features a small bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, and the open-concept living and dining area.<br>Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds. <br>One offers a partial ocean view, and the other has a wonderful private loggia.<br>In the annex, you’ll find the spa area with a private sauna for 6 people and an open walk-in shower with a toilet. The garden features various seating areas, a wind-protected terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table, a children’s play area with a swing and sandbox, a Weber kettle grill, and a garden shower for cooling off after the sauna or rinsing off sand after a trip to the beach.<br>The highlight of the garden is the large hot tub. It comfortably seats 6–8 people, who can enjoy the starry sky and the sound of the waves while soaking in the warm water.<br>The hot tub is wood-fired, is illuminated at night, but does not have any air jets or a massage function.<br>Our small shed also contains four bicycles, three scooters, a handcart, and various beach toys so you can truly enjoy the Baltic Sea.<br><br>You can check in 24/7 using the key safe. The driveway has space for at least two vehicles.<br><br>I’m always available via the Airbnb messaging feature or by phone and text message. I live just 20 minutes away from the house and can come to your aid at any time if you have any problems.<br><br>California is a dream destination for beach and nature lovers.<br>The house is just a 5-minute walk from the beach on a quiet street inhabited by both permanent residents and vacationers.<br>The beaches here are wide and meticulously maintained.<br>Five minutes in the other direction is a small lagoon designated as a bird sanctuary. It’s a wonderful spot to relax at sunset and watch the colorful birds go about their business.<br><br>You can park right in our private driveway. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants, a fish stand, a small grocery store with a bakery (great rolls), a bike rental shop, a mini-golf course, and the tourist information office.<br>With our bikes, you can also easily explore the neighboring towns of Brazil (no joke) and Heidkate.<br><br>During the high season (May 1–October 30), a tourist tax of 3.50 per night per adult applies, which can be paid directly on site.<br>Please use the sauna and fireplace strictly according to the instructions.
