Living room: carpet floor, cozy couch corner, dining table for 2 persons with toaster, large TV flat screen with DVD, WLAN, access to bay window and balcony as well as access to kitchen and bedroom.

Bay window and balcony: Both furnished plus drying rack, overlooking the private lawn with sun loungers and seating, view over the lake, and free access to the beach with super food and fun attractions. Of course, the balcony can be used by smokers.

Kitchen: fitted kitchen with 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, kettle.

Bedroom: Comfortable double bed 180 x 200, carpeted floor, large flat screen TV, overlooking the lake and the garden with deck chairs and seating, access to the shower room with sink, shower and toilet.

Here you live in a beautiful, Bavarian country house - in a privileged location right on the lake overlooking the mountains. To relax, you can use our seating, sun loungers and shady spots on our own lawn and guest terrace.

From the garden you have in the summer months even at any time free access to the beach for sunbathing, swimming, or dining. Here you will find a kiosk with ice cream and drinks, a super grill with salad bar, a coffee and cake service and a Prosecco bar. In unfavorable weather, we also offer our guests a cozy lounge on the ground floor for common TV or for a game night together. There is a storage room for bicycles and parking at the house
