"Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just...

"After hours check in was a little different. If you arrive after 4pm you text the phone number in your reservation and they give you your room assignment and code to get into your room. Pretty prompt in response time. Code did not work, so text back and new code was given with a few minutes. Love the concept and would choose a bigger room if I were staying longer. "Very nice hotel. No complaints. Was nice to see the owners came in one of the days to help out, taking a real interest in their hotel. The hospitality of all of the employees was very good. Food service was great. Loretta did a great job. Warm food. Clean tables."
