The insulation of the exterior and interior walls as well as the roof was realised exclusively with wool from the landlord family's own production. A small window provides fascinating insights into the inner workings of a wall. Each room tells the story of the sheep, their wool and the numerous uses of this natural resource in its own way. Even the 100% pure wool bedding invites you to dream.

The outdoor area of the house is equally unique and is located away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by pure nature in a clearing at the edge of the forest. Please note that it is not possible to drive directly to the house by car; however, there is a car park about 300 metres away. This detail emphasises the retreat into nature and the tranquillity that this special holiday home has to offer.

The area surrounding the Wollhaus offers a wealth of sporting activities for adventure-seekers and those looking for relaxation alike. Whether mountaineering, ice skating, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or tennis - everyone will find their own personal way to explore the fascinating landscape and be active at the same time.
