. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property
. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

They responded quickly our queries and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a carefree stay.We had a large family gathering one day during our stay and John made certain that there were parking spaces for everyone. "O hotel é simplesmente sensacional! Atendimento impecåvel. Fomos com nosso filho de 9 meses e atenderam todas as solicitaçÔes, inclusive ao fazer refeiçÔes para ele sem sal. O hotel fica no alto de uma montanha então o ideal é ter um carro para se locomover caso queira visitar Lucerna (20 minutos de carro do hotel), pois Uber quase não aceita corridas para o hotel. Apesar disto, a estrutura do hotel é sensacional! Comida muito boa, todos os funcionårios extremamente cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. Internet de alta qualidade, cama extremamente confortåvel, chuveiro com ótima pressão, enfim, tudo ótimo!"
