"No dia da nossa chegada, o quarto estava a 32 graus e o ar condicionado portátil não foi suficiente para refrescar o espaço. Ficámos no último andar, o que significou subir 52 degraus com duas crianças e malas — bastante cansativo. Apesar de nos terem informado que a limpeza seria diária, isso não aconteceu; apenas nos trouxeram toalhas limpas quando pedimos. O quarto podia também estar mais bem limpo (pó nos candeeiros e debaixo da cama!). O ponto positivo foi a cama, muito confortável."

"Unser Domizil war sehr sauber und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten direkt unseren Urlaub genießen. Ebenso ist die Anlage top geflegt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend lädt ein zum Erkunden und ist auf jedenfall eine Reise Wert. Besonders hat uns der Zoo in Arnheim gefallen ( Burgers Zoo ). "

"My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. "The apartment is new and modern, the living room is awesome, very nice and large. Kitchen is a bit basic but ok, TV offers many channels and online streams. The garden and terrace were also nice.We heard quite some noise from the neighbors upstairs which was ok for us, yet might be annoying with smaller kids who sleep early.Keeping it clean was a bit of a problem without vacuum or broom, and the garbage container was very full.Overall a great stay and we would happily come again!"
