With 5 bedrooms, there is space for groups of up to 10 guests, all on the ground floor. The house is within cycling distance of the beach at Callantsoog, the perfect place for long beach days and breathtaking sunsets.

Inside, there is plenty of space. Throughout the house, you will find cosy seating areas, perfect for catching up, playing games together or simply relaxing after a fun day. Planning an evening together as a group? No problem! There is a large dining table where everyone can sit together, as well as a spacious seating area for long, sociable evenings. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with, among other things, a 6-burner gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The ground floor is completely level, with no thresholds, wide doorways and adapted bathroom facilities. This makes the property suitable for everyone, including guests with reduced mobility. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, one of which is en suite and adapted for accessibility.

And then there is the garden… it is truly huge! Step outside through the French doors and choose your favourite spot. Relax in the sunshine, settle into a beach chair or enjoy the shade beneath one of the many trees. There is plenty for children to do too: play football on the lawn, enjoy a game of tennis or have fun on the play equipment.
In short, it is a wonderful place to create unforgettable memories together.
