A great space for a weekend getaway with the spouse/partner! Cozy without feeling cramped, very nice kitchen space, comfortable bed. Nicely decorated and stocked with all the necessary basics. Our short stay unfortunately coincided with some unseasonably cold and wet weather, but it was the perfect place to hunker down and relax.Great location with a short walk to the beach and The Clambake restaurant (plus a few other places if youā€™re going in season). Nice view of the marsh out the back sliding doors.If you pack heavy or have any mobility issues, just be aware that it can feel like a good climb to this second floor unit.Unit owner was excellent to deal and communicate with. Was responsive when a minor issue arose and helped resolve it in a timely manner.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, beautiful appartment Fully equiped, 5 mins walk to the pine Point beach and 45 mins walk to OOB downtown. Great seafoods places and markets nearby. Highly recommand. Will surely go back afin.

Loved the location, it was the perfect size fit myself and my daughter stayed a couple of days too! The kitchen is terrific with a lovely view of the marsh. Such a happy place to visit and stay!!

Perfectly situated, not too far from old orchard while being in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. However there were no curtains on the room window so the sun will wake you up early.

We were traveling with our 1 year old puppy and this 2nd floor, renovated apartment was in a great location, just a block from the beach! Everything you could need was provided in this well stocked kitchen! We loved that everything was clean and new! We read some reviews and brought our own pet couch cover with us and that was perfect for keeping everything as clean as we found it! Didn't realize the apartment was on the second floor but the stairs were manageable.

Amazing marsh views. Just a few steps from the beach. A short walk to so many restaurants. The unit itself was super clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need and all of it was brand new. (Utensils, pans, pots, coffee maker w/filters, spices, spatulas, whisks etc) The bed was comfy. The A/C worked (it wasnā€™t super hot while we were there but we like to sleep with it on and it was perfect) There was ample storage space and great beach chairs and towels. Definitely going to stay there again. The only downside was the uncomfortable couch. šŸ˜¬ But we donā€™t watch tv, so we had other places to sit and chat. The backyard Adirondack chairs were the perfect spot.

First time in Maine and we loved the laid back feel of the town, quiet area and view of the marsh out of the back door. Great stay for the two of us and the dog. Easy, short walk to the beach. We would love to come back when weā€™re back in Maine!

Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked, small apartment that is a close walk to the beach. Only complaints would be that the couch is extremely uncomfortable and there was no curtain on the sliding glass door. Enjoyed the marsh views. Already booked again in 2024.

I would not recommend this apartment for visitors traveling with kids or dogs even though host permits it. Most of the furniture and accessories are white and you will be back charged for any stains made. Wifi is very inconsistent and needed to be rebooted consistently for smart tv and entertainment to work. Back staircase needs structural reinforcement and proves to be unsafe and a liability. The view from the second floor is beautiful in the morning but the windows were so dirty and the holes in the screens welcome in a lot of insects. Portable AC unit is not attached to the window and keeps falling out, leaving a gaping hole in the apartment. I really hope the host strongly considers these measures and improvements for future visitorsā€™ safety and peace of mind.

Overall the place was super cute and the host was really nice however we did have some issues when we stayed. The curtains were broken in the kitchen which the host informed us about on the day of our arrival but we didnā€™t realize they were for the slider door in the kitchen which goes out to a staircase that other people use so it was a privacy issue. The air conditioner did not work well to the point that my fiancĆ© almost booked another place because it was SO hot. Also the listing needs to be updated because there are no pictures of the building. There is a picture of a completely different house out on the point which was misleading. This is an apartment building and although the actual apartment is super cute the building needs some TLC. Also one of the tenants lives there year around and came outside and screamed at us and used inappropriate language because he said our dogs were barking and then texted the host. Our dogs donā€™t bark and when we got back a dog in another unit was barking. It made us really on edge and we spent one of our vacation days driving our dogs to our mother 3 hours away (one way) so that we didnā€™t get yelled at again. I just think the dog policy should be changed. If you are going to allow dogs you need to expect that there will be barking so maybe not allow dogs when there are year round tenants that are very rude. Again this was a very cute and clean place and the host was so nice but we would not stay there again due to the above. :(

The overall experience here was great. Justina was easy to communicate with. Check in process was easy, location is phenomenal extremely close to the beach, Less Than 3 minutes, and a short walk, less than 1 minute, from multiple restaurants / a convenience store It's definitely a small apartment more suited for 2 to 4 adults, looking to have a weekend to themselves with a place to crash while they take in the surrounding area, than it was for my family of five with three small kids but we made it work. I'd recommend renting here to anybody

Lovely and very well appointed unit. Perfect for my wife and me. We have visited most of the beaches in the area and Pine Point is our favorite. Super convenient beach access. Don't miss dinner or drinks at Bayley's Bait Shed which is right down the street!

The property was clean, adorably decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Location was great, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and some restaurants. The ONLY negative is that the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.
