This cosy and inviting holiday home is situated on a beautiful beach plot, close to the beautiful Lyngså beach, and is excellently maintained both inside and out. The house is bright and friendly with warm wooden elements, an open-plan layout and a wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth and a pleasant crackling fire on cooler days, ideal for enjoying a good book.



Outside, the large, partially covered terrace invites you to spend many relaxing hours in the fresh air. Find sun, shade or shelter from the wind as required while you solve a crossword puzzle, knit or listen to an exciting podcast while the children romp around the property and play ball.



The charming harbour town of Sæby is a short drive away and offers numerous shopping opportunities, cosy cafés and, last but not least, excellent fish restaurants on the harbour. The beach at Lyngså is one of the most beautiful on the gentle east coast, and in the winter months there are good opportunities for flatfish fishing.
