Location Location Location! This newly appointed modernist home resides directly on the Bay and is just three blocks east of town, far enough to savor the quiet and tranquility yet only five minutes from shopping and nightlife. The house is also on a direct walk to the Ocean and its Bay views are spectacular!
The unit features nine foot sliding glass doors that open sixteen feet wide leading you from the living space to the sprawling Bayfront cedar deck, it is an amazing indoor/outdoor experience.The unit features nine foot sliding glass doors that open sixteen feet wide leading you from the living space to the sprawling Bayfront cedar deck, it is an amazing indoor/outdoor experience.

The entire unit is newly appointed with brand new furnishings including a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All bedrooms enjoy new furniture, dedicated air conditioning and heating units. And no need to share your bathroom with other guests, each bedroom comes with it's own ensuite bath.

Sit on the front deck if you're in a social mood and engage the passerbys, or lounge in the backyard for total property encourages you to embrace your whims.

You can shower outdoors in one of the double shower stalls and take a soak in the Bayfront hot tub. Watch the ferries transfer passengers to and from the main land, and water taxis shuttle to and from the Pines. It's a wonderful experience.

We had an incredible stay. Robby and Joe were so welcoming and set us up to have a fantastic time. The house is clean, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything you need. You can’t beat the location- just a few blocks from the ferry and downtown cherry grove. We enjoyed perfect sunsets on the bay and easy beach days. We wished we could’ve stayed for longer! We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Friendship plus a gorgeous sunset!

We absolutely loved our stay at R&J's bayside home. The accommodations were perfect for our reunion, and both rooms & kitchen were well equipped. But, the best part was the gorgeous deck which offered amazing views of the sun setting over Long Island and the Bay. R&J were fantastic host. Not only did they meet us at the ferry when we arrived with a wagon (SO appreciated), but were also super helpful when I lost my phone a few days before we were supposed to check in and had to communicate in creative ways. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer!

Enjoyable start to the summer season

Robby and Joe are lovely and accomodating hosts. We were a large group that enjoyed using the hot tub and getting to know the locals. I recommend using Pea Pod grocery service if you plan to cook yourself. The cottage is bayview with gorgeous sunsets.

Robbie and Joe are wonderful, attentive hosts for a wonderful home. We had a great week here, relaxing on the beach and enjoying sunsets from the back patio. The house is so comfortable and well decorated. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Piece of Paradise :)

Our stay honestly could not have been more pleasant & perfectly accommodated! Robby & Joe not only were the perfect hosts to their home, but they have such an amazing setup for everything you could ever want to enjoy. One of the best feelings was knowing my pups could join us on our stay and they were safe on the property as well, I watched them enjoy the trip as much we did! I loved the view of the bay it beats the ocean any day, getting to see every ferry and boat go by, left my dogs in amazement as well, it added extra life to an already fun place. Weather was so beautiful all week, our friends got to enjoy time with us as well, the outdoor shower was perfect, everything we needed to cook, clean, etc. was available for us to use. We never felt like we were unwelcome at during our stay or out of place, I look forward to next summer and without a doubt will return! Thank you Robby & Joe for being a part of our best vacation we could ever enjoy!

Amazing place in paradise!!!!

This house is amazing - super clean, comfortable, private- has everything you’d need - including kayaks, an outdoor grill, amazing outdoor shower, and en suite bathrooms for every room. The owners could not be more kind and warm. Loved every minute and will be back again !!!! Can’t wait!!!

Amazing Getaway in Cherry Grove

I absolutely loved staying here. The house is right on the bay and you can kayak right from the backyard. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, including a grill. The location is also extremely convenient- 5 minute walk or less to every bar and restaurant, the ferry, and the beach. This was a lovely place to stay and my whole family said they’d like to come back!

great house, great location

The house is the perfect size for six people and worked well for our family of four. The hosts Robby and Joe were super responsive and helpful and met us at the dock to help us with our bags. The house had everything we expected from a vacation house including plenty of kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils for grilling and is in a great location.

Cherry Grove Heaven!

Magnificent sunsets, perfect location! House was super clean and the owners were very hospitable. We loved the open layout and en-suite baths in each bedroom. Would rent again in a heartbeat and recommend it to friends and family!

We ha d a great time - the house is in a fantastic location and right on the waterfront. Modern, airy and with private en-suites. Check-in process was thorough, welcome grocery basket aa well! Beautiful house very close to the ferry and all the hot spots.

The guys were very attentive and made every effort to make us feel at home. The place was spotless and super comfortable for cooking out, watching a movie, and each bedroom has a tv and private bath so alone time is easy too.

Beautiful home, perfect location, lovely hosts!

We loved everything about this house--the location, the sunsets, the deck, the outdoor shower, the openness of the living room, and Robbie & Joe! The house was so clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The large open living room with the wall of windows was perfect for our friends and family to spend time together, and the sunsets from the hot tub were my favorite thing. The hosts, Robbie and Joe, could not have been nicer. The care they put into their house is obvious everywhere and they were very responsive to our questions and super thoughtful (thank you for the gift basket!). We had a blast!

Idyllic beach house

This place is amazing. It’s been newly renovated and looks even better than its photos. It’s super clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped and makes cooking really easy. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to the ferry docks and shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes) but far enough away to avoid any noise from the clubs. It’s also just a few minutes from the beach. Right out the back door is the bay, with incredible sunsets and views. The hosts were very considerate, providing not only a beautiful welcome basket, but also a kitchen stocked with essentials (olive oil, vinegar, spices, etc), and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. TVs galore! And an outdoor shower!! Honestly, we can’t recommend it enough. And this family of 5 (parents and adult children) can’t wait to return.

It was awesome!!

The owner was very helpful - whenever I had questions, he responded right away. The house was gorgeous and super clean and comfortable!! We were ready to party there but ended up staying and relaxing on the deck of the house a lot. Highly recommended!

Charming, accessible, perfect for what we wanted

This was our first time on Fire Island, and we were glad to have such gracious and welcoming hosts in Robby and Joe. They answered questions in detail and promptly, came to meet us at the Ferry, gave us insights on things to do/go. The house itself is modern and was perfect for us, while the bedrooms could be considered small, it didn't matter as we spent most of our time on the deck or living room/kitchen area. We were less than 5 minutes from the beach, groceries, ice cream, pizza and really anything else we wanted. We look forward to staying with them again and will recommend it to friends.

Stunning house! Amazing hosts!

We were so fortunate to get to stay in this wonderful house for a week. The views are amazing. The living room opens directly only a huge deck which leads to a little beach and right to the bay. Every morning swans came to visit us. we used the giant hot tub on the deck almost every night and took out the two kayaks for sunset rides. We also enjoyed the double outdoor shower every day. The house itself is modern, clean, well equipped and charming. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The layout is perfect. But the best part of it all are the wonderful hosts. Robby and Joe are charming, friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our vacation the best that it could be. We could not recommend this house highly enough. We will definitely be back!

The house was great! And Robby was an awesome and responsive host!

The house was great! It was true to the pictures. The rooms were clean and kitchen was great. The back porch and bay was beautiful and a perfect place to eat outside and watch the sunset! Will definitely come back again!
