"We asked to amend or cancel booking due to war preventing flights and they ignored all communication attempts. Would not respond. So 1 star for staff because clearly they do not care one bit about their guests if they will not even answer an email."

"Spent 2 days here and had a great experience. Excellent food - both breakfast and dinner. Quiet place with basic amenities. The cottage was adequate for a short stay and the staff was friendly. Enjoyed the wild life, mainly monkeys, within the property as well. The only negative point was the internet. "We'd highly recommend staying at this lovely, peaceful hotel which is well placed for visiting Ranthambore park zones 1-5. If you're looking for a swanky hotel, then this one is not for you.
