"Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. "We stayed from Friday to Friday and used the grill every day together with the pool. The house has everything you need. There are some wineries within 35 min. by car. and you can bike to the closest village, there is even a Lidl 20 min by car from the house. There are some nice board games in the house. "We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds)."
