"Hotel incrível em quase todos os aspectos, do atendimento e localização às amenidades, como café e chá de qualidade e produtos de higiene corporal da l’occitane. O único e infeliz detalhe reside no fato da incoerência em não economizar com amenidades, mas falhar ao entregar um cafe-da-manhã eficiente, porém sem um diferencial que se espera de um hotel desse nível. Talvez por isso seja 4,5 estrelas e não 5. O staff é ótimo, providenciou um check in rápido e antecipado. O quarto parece um apartamento com tudo funcionando redondo. Falta pouco pra chegar nas 5 estrelas… Quem sabe volte em um futuro próximo para conferir. O único detalhe dissonante foi o café-da-manhã que apesar de muito bom, é "

"Hotel incrivel e muito bem localizado! Toda equipe foi super atenciosa conosco e nos orientou quanto a estacionamento e tudo mais oq precisamos. O Quarto era grande e muito confortável e tinha uma varanda com uma vista linda para a cidade. Um hotel que recomendamos para todos os viajantes."

"Great hotel with friendly staff located near the center of Ljubljana. Breakfast was amazing! One of the best, if not the best, of my entire trip, that had 9 hotels in it. Hotel furniture and design seems a bit dated, but all is cleaned and looking well, so I don't mind that at all. Only downside was the car park, that is quite small and often does not have any parking spots available. For this I have two suggestions for the hotel: implement a reservation system and forbid staff from taking free parking spaces, by directing them to other parking spots. The alternative parking garage that the hotel staff recommended me was extremely expensive, costing more than 30 euros for little over 8 hours, so I'd say parking is definitely the main issue with the hotel. Nevertheless, if we exclude the parking, this was a flawless stay."
