"This house has it all: an incredible view of the Pacific, privacy, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and amenities. The outdoor space is breathtaking. "We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! "Maria was an excellent host very easy to contact and very helpful with several things I was trying to accomplish on this trip. The house and grounds were fabulous and the onsite caretakers were incredible and always available to assist with anything we needed. They did this all without being intrusive. "If you want privacy and peace, this is the place. It truly is only steps from the beautiful beach. "Can’t say enough good things about this property and the team taking care of it. Great location, great surroundings, clean, gorgeous pool, just A all around. Also saw monkeys and other wildlife daily from the back porch. Only thing is it’s at the end of a very steep hill so if you are limited in walking take that into consideration but we walked it daily to eat at the restaurant at the top of the hill and felt like we walked off all the bad things we put in our body all week. "We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?"
