Nestled on the fourth floor of a meticulously restored Savannah manor, this airy and bright studio apartment awaits to make your stay truly unforgettable overlooking beautiful Monterey Square. Experience the convenience of keyless entry as you use your individual access code upon arrival.

Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your studio apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and rich textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with built-in reading nook closest to the window. Extended stays are a breeze with a standing wardrobe and adjacent washer and dryer.

The full bath with standing shower is opposite the bedroom, boasting handmade ceramic tiles and plenty of storage space. Around the corner, a galley style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. On moderate days, enjoy a breeze by opening the French doors that lead to the balcony.

Just a stone's throw away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous studio apartment is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Head North towards the river for a romantic promenade through the squares. Be sure to stop at our favorite local spots along the way, including: Adam Turoni Chocolates, Collins Quarter, and The Paris Market.

  • Designed by John S. Norris for General Hugh Weedon Mercer, construction of the house began in 1860. Construction was interrupted by the American Civil War, and finally completed around 1868 by the new owner, John Wilder. The place was quaint and nice but there were a few fairly off-putting things. When we arrived there was hairs on the shower curtain and on the upholstered bench cushion. It is hard to feel at home when you see that. Secondly the front door downstairs is extremely loud, so anytime somebody comes or goes it makes a very loud and disturbing bang.

Spring break

This was a perfect rental for our first visit to Savannah. Location was perfect. Easy walkable access to all of Savannah. Loved being right on a square and Forsyth park is literally your backyard! Highly recommend!

Great Location

Lovely apartment - light, airy & well equipped (although could have done with more coat hangers) Bit of a challenge to get luggage up multiple flights of stairs, so anyone for whom this might be an issue needs to bear that in mind. Pleasant stroll, through several of Savannah's delightful squares, to the riverfront area. The management company Lucky Savannah were very easy to deal with - friendly, helpful & accommodating

The location was perfect….close to Forsyth Park, good restaurants, pretty squares to stroll through and near several hop-on hop-off trolley stops to get to other parts of Savannah. Clean, nice view from third floor. No elevator so steps were a lot at the end of the day only because I have bad knees.

Across from the park, block away from Forsyth Park.Good location if you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep this will do. Mattress on the hard side. Con’s: Terrible Wi-Fi and it takes 5 min for the shower water to get hot. Stairwell has a musty smell.

Great location, but uncomfortable

The only bad thing I have to say is if you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t the place. Having a decent bed, pillows, and bedding really goes a long way… there wasn’t extra pillows or blankets which was sad. It’s needed in a drafty building, especially when it’s cold out.

Just fine

The property was ready at 4:00pm as promised and listing was accurate. My mom and I enjoyed the location as we could walk to everything we wanted to do. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have laundry facilities to use during our stay. I would recommend fixing the toilet handle to prevent the toilet from continuing to run. Overall we agreed the facility was “just fine” for a long weekend away.

Vacay with bae!

We took a MUCH needed vacay/reset without the kids to Savannah. I don't even know where to start with this place...it was GREAT! The pictures are accurate, the place was clean and management was accommodating. The place is close to everything, you literally can take a 10 minute walk and you end up on Broughton St. where there's plenty of shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parks/trails for the avid walker or runner. We will DEFINITELY book with this management company again.

3rd Floor Studio

Very much enjoyed this rental with my sister! We were able to drop bags off early at the office (different location from rental, but close). The rental itself was in a PERFECT, beautiful location right off a square and Forsyth Park. There was plenty of room and storage space, lots of light, and the room/decor was very nice. The walls are definitely thin but we didn’t have major issues, and the water pressure isn’t great but not bad and I have thick, medium length hair! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location, on Bull, on square. Stayed a week. Parking very easy with the app. Noise was a concern on the last two nights. Very easy to hear voices outside and neighbors going up the stairs.
