No car needed, this apartment puts downtown at your doorstep, 2 blocks away from City Market and 4 blocks from River street, Savannah's bustling night-life is just minutes way.

Built in 1890 this apartment has beautiful high ceilings, large windows and historic charm that you just can't replicate. Through a private entrance on Jefferson street, walk up the stairs and into your own personal oasis in the heart of the city.
The dining room is the hub of this apartment, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal or even a quick bite you picked up from The Grey Market just a few doors down. When you aren't out enjoying all of the excellent restaurants Savannah has to offer, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals.

Through the dining room, you enter the bright and spacious Living room, beautifully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage pieces. Just off the living room you will find the cheery bedroom, well appointed with a super plush king bed, sure to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The updated bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counter is just off the central dining room. This apartment also comes with those little extras that help to make your stay all the more comfortable including: Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker and FREE WiFi.

Great apartment. Exactly as described. Super responsive and helpful host. Great location. Easy check-in process. All amenities one could need for a vacation. AC worked beautifully (though it wasnā€™t that warm during our stay 1st week of June for Savannah). Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of seating for hanging out. Shower pressure was great. Came stocked with soaps and linens aplenty. 5/5 would recommend and would stay again.

The location of this VRBO was ideal, located in the historic district of Savannah. The apartment was spacious and filled with light. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs for cooking or baking, although we did neither. There is a large utility closet with a washer and dryer. One would need to supply detergent. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. The shower had a shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser. We loved the convenience of this location. We did not rent a car therefore walked every where. We were approximately 4 blocks from River St. and 3 blocks to Oglethorpe St. There is immense choices in restaurants, shopping and tours opportunities within a few blocks of the VRBO. The only complaint we had was the noise level in the evening. Many tours go by the apartment throughout the day and evening. Also as the bars closed, the noise level increased. We were able to adjust since we were exhausted from walking all over historic Savannah. I would not recommend this site for light sleepers.

So, this is an excellent property if you donā€™t have unrealistic expectations relative to the location. I was very happy with my stay. This is one block off of a busy street and a couple blocks off of a main tourist/drinking area. This proximity is very convenient. It also comes with the level of noise typical of tourists particularly in a bar area. So, in the evening during busy weekends, there will be a decent amount of noise through the night of people walking to their cars and being loud, then in the early morning the trash trucks coming through. The location is excellent if you are ok with this as you can easily walk to anywhere downtown. The place is larger than it looks in the pictures. It was very clean and I was very happy with my stay. Just do not book if you want a quiet evening. Though this will apply to anywhere downtown.

This apartment is on the second floor of an old building. The unit is spacious and very well equipped. The full kitchen makes it easy for o cook in the unit if you wish. This unit is on the West side of downtown and is an easy walk to restaurants and site seeing locations. You will not go wrong booking and staying here

We had a wonderful time staying in Savannah. The location of this property is Excellent! Immaculately clean with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Beautiful decor, spacious high ceilings and easy check in/out. There was street noise at night but we knew that coming in AND we WANTED to be in the center of the city. We walked to everything and also enjoyed a day on the trolley. We were so close to everything we wanted to do and could stop back by to get a drink, rest & drop purchases throughout the day. The parking garage is across the street (with free electric charging) and we felt completely safe in the apartment and walking throughout the city. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay here. Itā€™s a super quick walk to downtown and parking is easy with the garage right next to the property. The inside is cozy, stocked with everything you might need with a great living room and dining area. Everything was perfect but my only note about cleanliness is that there was (what looked like) a fresh stain on the comforter when we arrived, but everything else was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Out of all the reviews I read about this place I never read anyone stating ear plugs were needed, but they are! You hear everything, from people talking on the street, cars driving by with music blasting at all hours, the train, the horse carriages. You hear it all and there might be a noise ordinance but no one abides by it. Other than that the place was perfect. Easy walk to everything you could want downtown. It was clean and plenty of towels and other amenities supplied. We ate out so we never had to cook at the apartment but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Would recommend this place to anyone, just bring EAR PLUGS lol.
